I was impressed with the way Jet handled a short delay in my delivery. I received a message telling me the delivery date had changed. Most of the companies I have dealt with online have not done this. That's good customer service and I appreciate it.

Nothing about purchase! My complaint is the way your company makes it “ extremely difficult “ to cancel a membership item! Namely, cancel a free 30 day trial for Prime! It took me 45 minutes to get this done and only because of my persistence! So easy to sign up, nearly impossible to cancel! Why can u get away with this policy? C W FAIRBANK
