liked that i was still able to go down on the scale using this product it don't have the same texture as regular flour and being that i don't use eggs, i was able to work with it

Keto style of diet - life saver. This helps to make things that I miss. The taste is not exact like white flour but I've not used it or made anything that was not good. It is different in taste and texture but it works for me. This is my new go to flour. It prevents me from having to mix all those ingredients - as this contains all needed.

awesome stuff have used it in breading chicken and cooking 3 different ways. first for chicken francese this flour ghan egg and fry and definitely better fhan other alternatives even helped thicken my sauce a bit. (i think due to the xanthem) egg, breaded chicken cutlets (mixed with seasonings and parmesean cheese) air fried in my ninja foodi than topped with sauce and cheese , texture color everything on point. lastly chicken tenderloins egg than dredged with this with kfc hack seasonings mixed in mildy and deep fried in canola oil. perfect crispy outside didnt burn like with straiggr almond flour or crust and fall off

This is the best tasting flour for Keto friendly recipes. It is pricey but worth it. Will continue to use this method.

This is a great flour substitute for diabetics and people with gluten intolerance. It is excellent in muffins and coffee cake. Getting another bag and will try sugar free cookies and brownies this time. Microwaves perfectly in a mug cake.

If you actually know how to cook, this is an amazing substitute! I made homemade cinnamon rolls with this product and you couldn't tell me that it wasn't flour. Just delicious.

Do NOT use the recipe on the back for zucchini bread. Tried it twice because I thought maybe the first time was a fluke. Disgusting. The texture is horrible.

Please don't buy this flour blend, it is beyond disgusting. Being low carb, it's sometimes a chore to have to make speciality flour blends out of ingredients like almond flour, lupin flour xantham gum etc, so when I saw this ready made keto flour with such good ingredients I was very excited. But, boy was I disappointed. This flour makes foods with the most awful gumminess I have ever experienced. I've tried this flour in several dishes and each time it absolutely ruined the dishes with that super gummy texture and strange after taste. I was forced to do something I NEVER do, throw away food. And I'm not at all a picky person by nature, I will literally eat anything and my taste has adjusted to being low carb and wheat free for years, I will even happily eat shirataki noodles and cauliflower rice, but this was a bridge too far for me. Even if you use only a little bit it still makes your food super gummy, trust me I tried every possible way to make this edible. So, please spare yourself this awful experience and waste of money. Specialty foods are so expensive that it hurts when something is a fail and this was a HUGE fail.

I was excited to try this product when I discovered it at my local Walmart. The price point was a bit higher than what I like but it's not often I see keto baking blends. The product was placed right next to gluten free flour on the shelf and I mistakenly thought it was regular flour modified to fit a keto diet. I was disappointed when I got home and opened the package and realized it was simply an almond flour blend. Regardless I still wanted to try it out and really wanted it to work for baking. I used the recipe for chocolate chip cookies on the back of the package and proceeded to bake a pan of cookies. Let me tell you I was excited when I pulled the cookies out of the oven. They were fluffy and smelled delicious. After letting them cool for the recommended time I tasted one. At the first bite I was jumping for joy because the cookies were amazing. What a letdown it was after a minute. The longer I ate the bite, the cookie turned into a slime like mess. I tried the flour in a couple of other recipes and got the same results. Not sure if it's the coconut flour or xantham gum in the blend but whatever it is causes a slimy texture. So disappointed 😞
