One of the problems of getting old is inflammation. I've had some swelling in my right ankle for years. I've found that the Phytosome version of Curcumin significantly reduces the swelling. Even though I bought this brand a couple of weeks ago, I could not pass up another sale. With this new bottle I'm ordering now, I plan on doubling my dosage from 2/day to 4/day. Why? To ensure that all hidden inflammation disappears. We all know that Covid-19 has played a role with inflammation and I had a serious case in 2021 and I've not been the same since then. As a very heavy consumer of dietary supplements, money is tight, so one has to reduce some dosages so a little is better than none. Thus, I have been limited to 2/day of the this expensive, but effective version of curcumin. This version works well for me as an anti-inflammatory supplement.

I actually prefer Curamed than this brand, and I have tried both. In my opinion, you get more bio available curcumin with Curamed for your money even though it is marginally more expensive. This does work well, but I will return to Curamed once the contents are finished. I feel the benefits are far better and it has a high ORAC value also.
