I JUST STARTED TAKING IT A LITTLE WHILE AGO.IT'S HELPED MY FEET ALREADY. IT'S MORE POWERFUL AND NATURAL THAN ALA AND IT'S A GOOD PRICE TOO. I TAKE IT 2X A DAY ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT THE 100MGS CAPSULE CAN WORK BETTER THAN THE 600MGS OF ALA CAN WORK BETTER FOR FOOT CIRCULATION AND PAIN. IT STARTED HELPING AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS. IT ACTUALLY FIXES THE ISSUE EVENTUALLY, NOT JUST MASK IT. GOOD LUCK! I KNOW WHAT IT'S LIKE.
