Door Knob and Deadbolt Installation

The installer himself was pleasant, competent, and very efficient. I found the Angi app somewhat confusing and difficult to use. A method to text directly to installer, would have made giving detailed directions to the site far easier. The app does have a "chat" with an Angi rep, but he/she then has to relay the message (or directions) to the installer. This seems a cumbersome process and prone to error. It is a very helpful service that Walmart is now teaming with Angi. It simplified and streamlined the process of purchasing an A/C unit, an extended warranty, and arranging for reliable, trusted service for installation all with one charge and payment to Walmart. So, thanks to Walmart and Angi for teaming up together.

First time using service. Never received email with details. Made process very frustrating. Finally located proper customer service chat. Everything went fine after that. Guys who installed our AC were wonderful. Walmart needs to better communicate about its Angi services. Was at a real loss looking for help at WM website.

The guy that installed our air conditioners was fantastic and definitely deserves a big raise. He was very professional but also very personable and reminded me of my son who passed in November. He was wonderful and installed both air conditioners for us since the other one came while he was here. He went above and beyond.! Raise is definitely needed for him. I can't say enough good things about him😊

I thought I paid $95 for an installation and I hope and pray when I look back at the ordered it is not been charged off my card because if it is we're going to have a problem we're going to have to pay me back the $95 cuz I had to install it myself and I'm pretty upset about it

Finally, help is out there for things we can't lift or balance or know how to install, like the single bedroom air conditioner! I was so glad that it literally was just a box you had to check, just like the Allstate insurance coverage. I had a TV I bought months ago, still sitting in the box and he hooked it up also.

installation was definitely not what we expected,had to help install it, and the installer drilled holes for screws in top of my new A/C because he said they sent the wrong screws. Serviceman didnt caulk around the new A/C and told me I would have to do that myself. He used box packaging under the A/C instead of the included insulation that he found later on. If the plug had been different he talked about using the old plug and cutting the new plug off and wiring it up that way. Bad Experience.

my A/C delivery was a day late. . i tried to change the Angi appointment time to later on the same day, they refused the changed date. Then Angi changed my date to Sun July 5 at 5 pm. That was too late. The AC was delivered on Wed July 1. i cancelled the Angi order on July 1 . i expect to receive a full refund since I cancelled the order more than 24 hours before the rescheduled time.

My item failed to deliver. Sent several emails Angie. I was not responsible for missing package. I contacted them the first and second day it didn't arrive. Today guy drove up the drive to install it. Told him I'd contacted them more than twice when I discovered it was still miles away. His answer was, You'll pay for service anyway. He was very rude about it. My first and last time I call them.

Assigned installer never showed. No where was it stated you “need” to download the app my installer canceled. I wasn't aware that it was canceled until an hour after the time they were supposed to arrive. No phone call or email to let me know appointment was canceled. Just reassigned it to someone else or another date.I had to download the app. I finally get into the app to find out. It was reassigned for another installer on a date a week later, and I can contact that person.

The delivery of my air conditioning window unit didn't arrive until late afternoon.The installer showed up early in the morning to install the ac that did not arrive yet.He said he was coming back at five thirty and he did not come back.I did not pay for this for it.Not to be installed
