my favorite cake mix...first if all. red velvet is my fav tho. tastes festive and, belueve it or not, i frost it with philly no bake cheesecake! it can be doctored up but its a perfect combo!

I use this cake mix with instant white chocolate pudding mix and mini chocolate chips to make a red velvet bundt cake with cream cheese frosting. My family loves this bundt cake!

this red velvet cake mix is good however I always add more cocoa to the batter for a richer chocolate flavor

What has D. Hines done in the last few years, to ruin their once excellent cake mixes? This is flavorless, no hint of traditional red velvet except the color. I tried making it with milk instead of water, but had no effect. Now will have to bake from scratch if I want cake.
