very easy to use. It states on the package it lights in 5 minutes and ours caught fastet. It looked like it may no catch but it did everytime. there was m I minimum odor. Kept us toasty warm during the last ice/snow storm.

We like the 3-hour fire log because it's just enough time to have a pleasant fire in the evening. It's easy to use, too.

I use a Duraflame log most times that I start a fire in my fireplace. Then I add wood logs on top. It makes the fire hot and long lasting

The delivery driver left the 27lb box at the end of my driveway instead of the front door. I'm pregnant in the 3rd trimester. Unacceptable

I ordered online and paid for 12 CASES of firelogs, but Walmart only sent me 6 firelogs (2 cases of 6 ea). Silly people, learn to read. Worse, I messaged the wallie people with no response, then Paypal did the same, no response. Ultimately Paypal forced Wallies to give me a full refund. Meanwhile I was unable to heat my little home for a few weeks whilst all this occurred ( I use a woodburning stove with these logs). Not fun. It's been cold lately All it would have taken is for the wallies either get back to either me or Paypal and correct their error. But I guess they have better things to do than make money. Oh well, it's Christmas time. Frequently big corporations hire not-so-bright temp workers to help with the sudden onslaught of christmas sales. Maybe that's what happened here. In any case I also found out that the tar get people sell the same thing for almost half the price. Go figure~~ Merry Christmas~~~
