Dyna-Glo DGN486DNC-D Large Heavy-Duty Charcoal Grill

The first week we had it, we cooked out three times. Then it start to rain had to slow down. The best feature that we liked was being able to move the coals up or down when we needed to. We are so glad that we decided to go back to coal and away from gas grill. It was also easy to put together. Didn't take no time.

I've had the grill less than a week. It was reasonably easy to assemble. All of the parts and hardware were in the box. I have used the grill already and found that it does an excellent job when cooking ribs, pork chops and corn. The heat regulation adjustments on the grill work quite well. Looking forward to using the grill some more to prepare beef and chicken products with veggies etc.

Nice grill with a lot of features. Adjusting the coal tray is helpful. Good venting options. Grills slide across to remove but has not been a problem. Metal is a little thin overall but this grill works great for backyard burgers, hot dogs, chops ect. Assembly is easy, too me about an hour and was able to do it myself. Comes packed in cheap styrofoam that breaks and little pieces fly all over so be careful un packing.

I bought this grill based on the reviews. I wanted a grill that could sear or smoke meat. The size is perfect for a family or grilling for a backyard party. when it arrived some of the pieces where bent which caused leaks. Contacted customer service with the part numbers and sent me eveything new.

The delivery was quick and the grill is just what I wanted. I tried ordering a grill 2 other times and it was canceled days after I ordered at another chain...

Love everything about this grill. Does take awhile to put together but easy to do. You will need a few tools to assemble. My only complaint is that the rack that is used to hold the charcoal came wrapped in a plastic that was completely covered inside with some strange sticky substance that got all over my hands and tools as well as all over the charcoal rack as well so i had to add extra charcoal on my first startup to ensure the rack got all that substance burned off.

Greta bbq easy to clean. I love the temperature control that you can lower and raise the charcoal. The steel could be slightely thicker to be more robust as it bends just a bit. Nothing major. And also its big so when cooking for 2 or just a few thijgs on the grill you need to use lots of charcoal either way. But overall i love the grill and all the featur it has.

BBQ grill is nice for the price. But it is not made of high steel it is more of thin metal. Features are great on it. I noticed that the unit when completely put together has allot of gaps in the stack, vents, and lid. So had to buy high temp sealer for BBQ grills to seal the unit up instead of losing allot of heat thru the gaps. Now works great. Also I did not put the warming rack in cause then you would not be able to cook large meats like brisket or make drunken chicken in it. I am in my 60's and disabled and it only toke me about 2 hours to assemble by myself.

built okay but not heavy duty. can't control the fire even with the dampers.
