so far, the design of this cane does improve my posture while walking with it.

I found myself showing this cane to random people struggling with regular canes to try it out for themselves. Push the height selector into place and it stays put. I ended up getting 2 and used them instead of crutches when I couldn't put weight on my foot. [With one backwards as advised and the other forward like normal canes a level lower].

Great stick, but the adjustment clip was broken and the broken piece was not in the bag. I assume it was broken before it was packed. I did not return it, I ordered replacement clips and repaired it. This has nothing to do with the quality of the stick. Best stick I have ever owned or used.

I just got this cane an hour ago. Very sturdy, metal, and nice grip. I thought the height adjuster was broken because I could not get it to lock in place. I read the instructions, looked at the pictures, and figured out that you must line up the white line exactly right and then it will lock into place.

Been using it for couple of months feels sturdy. Lately the length keeps changing the lock is not holding so far no luck in fixing it

Cook Medical is AWFUL!!! Ordered item on 8/10. On 8/16 rec'd email from USPS that item would be delivered by 9:pm. On Walmart.com tracking showed item sitting in Cummings, GA since the 16th. Walmart would NOT cancel the order - only sent email to Cook Medical to provide item by end of day yesterday. NOTHING. Today the item arrived and it wasn't even provided by Cook Medical! Walmart, you need to provide better filtering so your customers don't get stuck with your 3rd party/3rd rate vendors. Do NOT recommend this vendor to ANYONE!!! They deserve ZERO stars, but it won't let me!! NOT OPENING. RETURNING ASAP

After only 3 month use the height adjustment notch pops out causing the cane to slide to bottom. There is a red reminder on the notch to secure it but it still pops out

The front part of handle is comfortable but back part is hard plastic so I got a horriable hard callus on my hand. Hard to get use to the way you have to have stick part of cane in back of handle.
