Great maifun noodles
This is good quality maifun noodles. I'm a fan! Easy to cook and doesn't get soggy, provided you add water conservatively.

Would Absolutely Buy it Again!
This is a repeat order and the rice sticks are always great! I do a lot of Asian cooking and when I prepare the rice sticks, I bring chicken broth to a boil, add sesame oil and soy sauce and then add the rice sticks. Turn off the heat, put a lid on the pot and in ten minutes they are soft and luscious! I have introduced this item to many of my friends and relatives, who also enjoy it!

A perfect rice noodle
Wonderfully thin, beautifully translucent rice noodles for my Oriental recipes! But be aware that this relatively small bag of noodles makes an awfully large amount when soaked as directed. I will be using just half a package for my next recipe.
