Great shelf life for shiitake mushrooms
I just love shiitake mushrooms and They're wonderful for your immune system. When you purchase them fresh, they go bad quickly. So, it's perfect to get dried ones. It's hard to find them in the market, so it's great to be able to stock up with this box.

The bags had both meatier and very flat, thin mushrooms. The flavor was good, even for the thin ones, although when able to shop at a Chinese grocery store, I do prefer the meatier (thicker) ones as their flavor is more pronounced.
