Dyson Ball Animal 3 Extra Upright Vacuum | Copper | New

I love the dyson animal vacuum and the accessories it came with. The suction power is amazing with carpet and hardwood. It was shipped quickly and easy to put together. Maneuverability is good but would be heavy if packing it up and down stairs.

I have 6 dogs and have killed more Vacuums then I can count, with only getting an eh ok job. This one killed there dog hair build up like it was just laid down before I used it. carpets I had given up hope on look bran new. This thing was just amazing. The only downside I had was the head kept falling off, which might be me failing to put it on right. So ya if you have dogs this is worth the price all the way.

I upgraded from an Animal Ball 2. I was looking for something else because I had alot of minor issues with the Ball 2. I did not expect the Ball Animal 3 to be such a difference but I was pleasantly surprised by it. My first cleaning with it filled the bin 4 times! I thought it was clean before - guess not. The suction is much more powerful. I really like the new cleaning head, it does not tangle, the switch for the height works great, it is small enough to maneuver where the old one could not and the brush is quieter. I was not really interested in the tools it came with but used most of them in the first week and they were really useful! There are also a number of small tweaks in the design made from the previous model which addresses most of the concerns I had.

Phenomenal vacuum! It has the suction power for sure that has my carpets looking brand new and extremely clean. Cleaning up dog fur is not a problem anymore at all. The only downfall is that it is a bit on the heavy side. If it wasn't so heavy and awkward to maneuver around, I would've definitely given it a 5 star rating. For as well as this vacuum cleans, I will deal with it being heavy. The performance is far superior to any other vacumm I have ever owned previously. Including Shark.

Replaced my 10yr Kirby with this and regretting it. I have had this less than a month. Hated first use, tried a 2nd time after recovering from first use. Need to return. Likes: Incredible suction and does what it says about pet hair, except my cat hates the groom tool [I allowed him to get used to the tool without being connected or on the vac at all, then to the noise before attempting to use the tool... yeah that didn't work] Dislikes: No ease of use (heavy to use and hard to maneuver, wears me out and body aches for two days after vacuuming 500sqft), drenched in sweat when done and have to take shower each of the 2 times I have used it. The 15ft hose nearly useless too stiff which wears me out even more and can't stand to use it with attachments. Emptying the canister, dust and dirt flies everywhere including on me and that's work the canister submerged into trash can.

Perhaps I am misusing the vaccum or missing some trick not included in the user manual, but any time I attempt to use the purported "fifteen feet" of extension to clean my stairs, the hose retracts on itself once suction is on, and/or topples the vaccum base. Incredibly frustrating and I got more utility out of my old non-Dyson at half the price. Open to any suggestions from Dyson customer support.

Extremely difficult to use. Assembly of pieces are NOT intuitive so had to continuously call Dyson for help. Have to fight against wand to reach more than 3 feet. Do not purchase this vacuum.

This vacuum is extremely heavy and awkward to move around. Even with long cord, it does not cover lots of ground with movement. It is hard to turn and heavy to carry. The hose attachment is awful. It is so stiff that I had to carry the vacuum instead of pulling hose. If I try to pull the hose, vacuum flips and falls. I even managed to break the plastic bin on one of the falls. Not as expected for sure.

Only used it twice then it stopped working
