I love my Dyson ball vacuum because it's great at getting at the hard to reach areas under tables and near skirting boards. The handle extension allows me to clean the filter of the bathroom ceiling fan. It's also easy to empty and store in my cupboard. The filter is great and easy to clean. It's not too loud.
Back injury friendly! Love it; I go after my romba and it pulls dirt from anywhere. I'm a dusabled veteran 100% I have screws in my spine. Some movements like twisting are very difficult for me. When pushing I don't have the same stress to push the rolling head is lighter and without the weight of the machine this makes it a lot easier. My last one lasted 10years w a boxer and husky service 🐕🦺 so very well tested!
I usually buy Miele Canister Vacuums. This is a GREAT alternative. It is a little louder than the Miele. Super Strong Suction! Love the Rotating Brush. Comes with multiple heads. EXCELLENT Vacuum POWER!
very easy to use, simple to maneuver and very adjustable. i really like the automatic cord wrap, adjustable hose a plus, great attachments
Dyson is the best, this vaccum is so powerful and also have v10 with docking station will get another one.Dyson for life and customer service is the best reCed my vaccum no questions asked and gave this one son and he loves it as has big dog and lots hair I will always have dyson V10 and multifloor so good thankyou Dyson recommended you to all my friends
Compact and powerful. Suction is great and the attachment for all those tough spots, as well as the attachment for hardwood flooring have been great. I have given this a 3 star because after only 2 years of use, the brush has worn on the carpet attachment and hardly cleans my carpet anymore. Dyson's are supposed to last a lifetime... And the replacement brush is a third the price of the vacuum and not covered in warranty because it's normal wear and tear... Disappointed. I would have expected it to last longer. Hardly have any carpet at our house, I can't imagine how quickly it would deteriorate in homes where there is alot of carpet. We just have two bedrooms and a set of stairs.
I bought this one and used over 6 months. However, QR wand handle with part number: (967373-01) does not function anymore. It got disconnected. I contacted Dyson support through Walmart. They said it's under warranty and they will replace the part but they never shipped me the item. I have been trying to get the part last 3 months but no progress. When i connected to Walmart support they said they can't do anything about it because it exceeded 90 day period. If you will by any Dyson products, don't trust the warranty. You are on your own.
The product was a disappointment. We always bought Dyson from fans to vacuum cleaners, but this product made me think about getting another one with Dyson again. The head does not spin around when gliding on the floor, so we had to remove it. The suction is not strong enough to pick up dirt.
I wanted a canoster vacuum for the house and was happy to see one by Dyson for a reasonable price. After delivery i hooked it up and was impressed with the suction power. Im not sure if the product page mentioned it ir not, but this does not have a powered head attachment. I was a little voncerned hut in the end it vleaned the gloor very well. when i was breaking it down to put away, i noticed this teally fine grit covered the wand. At first i thought it was ftom the packaging that i hadnt joticed originally. i vleaned it off, then ran the machine again. Same problem. I looked through the manual and didnt see anything listed, figured I'd be contacting Dyson. I went to Dyson's web page and after entering my serial number was taken to the product page. The first thing I noted was thatt ALL PARTS were listed as OUT OF STOCK, a little concerning i thought. I then initiated the chat with a representative. Went through typical small talk then explained my problem. While waiting for the rep to do their thing I mentioned that all parts (including filters) were listed as out of stock and wanted to know if there was a problem with the machine or if it had been discontinued. The response I got back was just that in their position they had no tentative date for parts. They asked about my registration and i told them it was new and had not yet gotten that far. They asked if I would like them to register it gir me and I figured sure. I then asked to hold on a sec because I hadnt gotten an answer on if there was a problem with the mavhine or if it was discontinued. I was told they couldnt answer questions until it was registered. I said fine, go ahead and register and while they did that i pulled out my phone for a quick search. Sure enough Dyson has seemingly discontinued all their canister vacuums. I told the rep to forget the registration, i was teturning the machine for a refund. The rep then told me Dyson has all the newest and latest Tech and surely I'd find something. I told the rep I'd he buying a (different) brand because I wanted a canister. My mentioning of the other brand seemed to upset them,. Given that you cant even purchase one of the filter elements for this brand new vacuum says it all. To me that says if something goes wrong in the next five years or whatever, theyll be no parts so its all wasted money. If you have a stash of filters %26 parts, then youd probably be OK. As I said, it has really good suction. Dyson asked me to fill out a survey which I did. Essentially I told them what Ive put here plus this... it seems like a dishonest way to do business if you choose to sell something that is already at End Of Life knowing you have no parts available. This device was listed on several stores and not one mentionedbit being EOL. If you are OK buying something that is EOL and you know what I found out today, at least you are forwarned.
I purchased this several months ago. Having previously owned a DC19 and battery Dyson which were both great. This new Big Ball machine is extremely disappointing. The heads provided are not suitable for carpet nor hard floor. I have tried to purchase your specific hard floor tool head but is always out of stock. This machine just flicks any significant dirt or tiny pebbles etc around the room.
