Should have purchased this ages ago ! Nimble and so easy to empty. The rubbish it picks up from the carpet is visiblely more than the old vacuum. Happy chappy

This is my third Dyson purchase, and I am thrilled! I love my two uprights, but this V11 is quickly becoming my favorite. Charges quickly and the charge lasts longer utilizing the variable speeds. Attachments for days. Great purchase, and highly recommended.

Everyone says corded vacuums are better. That may be true, but for my home which is all hardwood (and a couple rugs) I can move room to room without being tethered. I truly love this vacuum! Excellent suction even on eco mode. Don’t leave your Dyson to charge 24/7. Drain it to zero, then charge it to 100. I’m convinced people fry their battery by constantly leaving it to charge (similarly to iPhones). Highly recommend! This handles cat hair like a beast, and is gentle on my walnut floors.

After waiting for a few years to purchase our first Dyson we bought one during the Black Friday sale. I have to say this is the most amazing vacuum! It’s light to move, the filter easy to clean and the battery life/digital screen showing how many minutes before charge is a game changer! The attachments are perfect for getting in spaces that you can’t reach and the powerful suction makes sure you do not have to go over the same spot several times. Very satisfied with our purchase

I bought the Dyson V11 extra. I needed a cordless vacuum that I could use on hardwood floors and carpets. This vacuum is incredible. Im very happy with the purchase. Im using it in the car also and it's great. It takes more time in the car because the motorbar cleans amazing on flat parts but when reaching the curves parts in the car you must switch accessories that will do the job but not quite like the motorbar. This is not a complaint I highly recommend the product. Another thing that is worth looking into is the fact that you need to have your finger on the trigger at all times. When using it for long time it bothers.

The 5 star is for the vacuum. I would rate the holder lower. I am very pleased with the vacuum. It picks up items even in a deep pile shag style carpet and has a long run time with the exception when vacuuming the deep pile carpet. What is disappointing is there are three attachments that came with it but the storage mount only has spaces for two. I know you can buy an additional accessory holder to add, but if you are shipping it with three you should include it. Another area that needs improvement is the wall-mounted base. It's made of plastic and is very flexible. When fully tightened against the wall the top edge flexes pulling away from the wall. It's not much but it did so from initial install and I'm hoping it doesn't get worse over the life span of vacuum.

I have only had it a few weeks but I'm happy with the V11, good suction. It's a bit awkward having to hold the on button all the time so I have purchased online a little trigger attachment so I don't have to do that.

Not happy with the machine, it doesn’t have turn on button, I have to keep holding the button to vacuum. I have an arthritis and my fingers get numb when I vacuum because I have to hold or keep pressing the button while vacuuming Paying that much money thinking to get a vacuum cleaner that makes your life easier but I am disappointed.

Bought mine a few weeks ago. Initial charge gave me one hour of use time. Changed a second time now only giving me 32 min use time. Reason I bought was on box it says 1 hour charge time. I have charged it again and only giving me approximately 30 min use time. My concern is if the use time will continue to go down with the more I use it. Spent a lot of money on this product and the battery is horrible.

Received the Dyson V11 on 24th. December as a gift. On the 2nd January, after a few uses while emptying out the cylinder, the red rubber seal ring and plastic ring came away from the cylinder. I am so disappointed and annoyed that this could happen to a brand new machine.
