The camera is fantastic! Right out of the package we were able to start using it. The tools that come with are worth it alone, my husband says. The blue silicone is very fragile, the teen was popping pimples with it and it tore due to the pressure she was using. It was packed silly though.
I wasn't expecting much with how cheap this is but I was pleasantly surprised! The camera quality is actually really good and it allows you to record/takes pictures of what you're doing. I was kind of confused setting it up because you have to connect to the devices WiFi (you actually have to go to your WiFi settings, it's not Bluetooth) but other than that it's super easy to use.
Easy to use, instructions for use easy to understand. Great value, and saves valuable money otherwise spent on a doctor visit.
we have been pleased with using. My niece is 9 and she has enjoyed being able to see inside her ear.
This comes with a bunch of attachments but no instruction booklet on what the tools are or used for. The device was easy to sync. The picture quality was actually great. surprised. It was also a steal for the price. Just need an instruction book
I bought this the other day to better understand what is impacting my hearing. My first problem was that the directions didn't mention that there's a cap on the device that needs to be removed. One needs to grasp it and pull it off firmly. No twisting is needed. It's nice that it can take photos and apparently even videos. Magnification doesn't really seem to work, it seems to merely crop the photo. There seem to be several levels of lighting. They give about the same result for me. The paddle is a bit long in that the space between the paddle and the camera is long enough that hairs and skin folds can get between them, blocking your view. OTOH I've been able to position it to work around that. My reading indicates that one should be very careful inserting things like this in ones hears, so I do not insert it far enough in to touch the end of channel. Another complication is that I don't spend a lot of time inside an ear, so I'm not sure what I'm looking at. The end of my channel does not look like ear drum photos on the internet: "Is that the ear drum or an obstruction?". The bottom line is that it's a pretty good product and the customer is the weakest/riskiest link.
another item that wants you to add another app to your phone. if you like adding apps go for it. tossed this and got a hard wired one with it's own monitor. works great.
I can't see anything but the hairs in my ear. When you move it around to see a specific spot it is backwards and hard to find where you are looking in ear.
After looking into the required app (which you don't get to see until you have received and opened the product), I am returning it due to concerns related to the app- too questionable to feel safe putting it on my phone.
Wouldn't connect right. I couldn't see any image. I returned it.
