Echelon Mini Loop Bands Kit, 3 Pack, Includes Light, Medium, Heavy

I love the mini loop bands. The package comes with three different colored bands. On the band there is a picture of how the band can be used. They are light and stretchy perfect to use and take wherever you go. We travel and I can easily bring a band with me and not take up any extra room or add any extra weight to my pack. Love these bands!

These bands are GREAT. Each color has a different level of performance while building muscle. The size is perfect for putting them around the legs or arms. I started using them and noticed some pain, good pain. They are of excellent quality easy to use and safe.

I like the printed exercise ideas that are right on the bands, genius! The colors are unique and make these easy to find. My kids can join in with me too since these weigh nothing and are great fun.These are each their own varied difficulty levels too!

This kit is used in yoga classes, stretching, injury rehabilitation, post-surgical use, sports training for muscle strengthening, functional training and body conditioning. This kit is perfect!! These were very late arriving but I am glad they did. I am enjoying using them a couple of times a day. Haven't seen results yet but fitness takes time and effort.

This is a 3 pack including different strengths from light to heavy. I found it a tad difficult to tell which band was which and how to use the bands properly. I'm not a regular gym rat and typically the most I do is walk on a treadmill or a stair climber. There is info to sign up online for videos or I'm sure you can find some on YouTube also to give better instruction. The option included with the bands is only free for thirty days. You could really do a variety of things with the bands if you are creative. I still plan to play around more and find what I like that I can do easily but still get a workout!

These work well to add resistance to simple exercises (side steps, kicks, leg extensions, leg lifts, etc). You don't need much room to do these exercises, you can do them while watching TV, and they add just a touch of resistance. I think they are good for older people or others who need low-impact exercises or can't use weights. The three bands aren't marked, but it's easy to tell which ones are light, medium, or heavy by looking at their thickness.

These are decent exercise bands for a beginner. I love how they came with 3 diff sizes. My only complaint is they are very thin. So they aren't super comfortable but they get the job done.

As far as flexibility goes, it's there. Easy to clean. I also like the demonstrations of different stretches on the bands themselves. However I have no idea which color is for which resistance and the rubber material gets dirty rather quickly and is not comfortable against bare skin very much.
