Amazing gift! Purchased for my older nephew (on the Spectrum) and he LOVED it! So did his younger siblings. Such a great educational and fun experience brought on by this mobile display.

The guide doesn't state to buy lithium batteries. I had to call geosafari many times to get a representative. She then told me to use lithium batteries. That's why you get many complaints about this toy not working.

this is a really cool toy I can sit for hours watching the planets move but there's only a few problems with it Mars is constantly getting stuck on Jupiter because of Jupiter's large size and also Mercury is extremely close to the Sun sometimes touching the Sun also the model sometimes randomly cuts off but you can easily fix it by moving the batteries around

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She was disappointed because I had to return it for replacement because it did not work. The replacement came and it worked for two days. Horrible product and waste of money. I wish I would have heeded to the reviews that were written prior to purchasing.

The light does not light up, it does spin but stops and freezes

Much like it seems the majority of people's experience with this product. It didn't work right out of the box. Very disappointed. Will be returning and purchasing one from another company. This was for my 5 year old son whom is fascinated with the planets and space. I think the thing that irritates me the most is that this product is marketed to teachers for use in the classroom. Make a product that doesn't falter and break or just don't make it at all.

Unfortunately it doesn't work. Tried multiple times to make it work, no luck. Changed batteries multiple time. Still no luck

The motor doesn't work! We tried everything, including two different sets of batteries, which we tested on other devices.

This is the 2nd one I got and it too does not work nor did the first one I got.
