This is the second 765 CFM blower I have purchased and it has worked great over the last few months for leaf and weekly lawn mowing activities. The blower boost button is also a plus with the ability to lock in the speed for less fatigue. The durability is good. Noise is a little high but I use ear protection to avoid any discomfort. I would highly recommend this unit but make sure it comes with a min. 5.0 Ah battery or run time will be drastically reduced!
EGO provided an option to share a battery with my mower, and this super blower. I have to grow accustomed to this powerful tool, that made short work of magnolia leaves and lawn clippings. Cleanup of all debris, adjust airflow with a flip of a switch - literally. I so deserved this upgrade. I use earplugs as it is a bit noisy. I'm 5' so the enclosed strap helps with the balance of the tool. Hope it lasts a long time.
I've been using ego for 10 years and absolutely love their products. The 765 CFM is more than powerful enough to do any residential need. I'm excited for winter to come to blow the light snow because I know this will be powerful enough. That way I don't have to shovel. I'll have to check back in in a year or two to clarify the longevity as my push mower and weedeater have been faithful. I bought my mower six years ago and my weedeater 10 years ago. Battery still working great on both.only had to replace my weedeater spoil head. However, I resided on a large corner lot which I als used the weedeater as an edger. Love these products. I hope they keep their reliability and durability.
I bought this blower about 2 weeks ago and I am very pleased with my purchase. The feature I like the most is the turbo. It really helps in difficult situations and great for blow leaves caught between rocks. The battery life is also excellent. I probably get 30 minutes of use and I am using the turbo button 50% of the time.
I was skeptical but because the EGO systems ranked high on battery powered I thought I would try to get away from gas and I can cut my yard very early in the morning as the neighbors cant hear it. I have not been disappointed with the products! Fast charging batteries, variable speed, trigger or toggle switch to operate, I guess now I will not return to gas!
Recently bought a 765 CFM Blower because I needed an extra battery for my EGO mower and this has a 5Ah battery. I do use blowers and wanted a high end blower but didn't want to go with a higher CFM model because they seem to drain batteries quicker. As with my mower, I don't baby my equipment and put it to the test and use them at a high level. I picked a spot in the back of my garage where pine needles and leaves have built up over the years and found that the blower could lift and blow matted down wet leaves and needles right off the ground! Mind you, that was on Turbo Mode but once they were loose just using high speed was enough to keep them going and I was able to blow them right back into the woods. On the other end of the spectrum at low speed, the variable speed of the blower allows me to blow leaves and debris off the pea gravel around the bottom of the outside of our pool where we have a decorative border of gravel and rocks without blowing the pea gravel away. Runtime seems to be sufficient for what I need and I now have 2 batteries as I have 2 tools so I should be good for when it comes to things like fall leaf blowing. I like the strap that comes with the blower except that the strap holder on the pad should go right to each end of the pad so it isn't so awkward to place on your shoulder. The bottom "stand" or second hand grip is OK but it would be nice to have a knob or grip closer to the top of the blower so you wouldn't have to spin the blower to grab the handle when using two hands. I have used other blowers at work and I like the fact that the fan inlet is inboard of the unit so you don't suck your clothes in and block the airflow when using it. I have used other blowers at work and this is by far the most powerful blower I have used yet. The wide nozzle doesn't seem to work for me but it may work with large swaths of dry leaves in the fall. I also have found no use for the "cruise control" dial yet. I'm looking forward to using the stub nozzle for drying my car after washing and blowing snow off of it in the winter. We'll see how that works when the time comes. In the meantime, I'm loving my new blower and look forward to mowing my entire lawn in one shot without waiting for my single battery to charge now that I have 2 batteries. I'm a happy camper and yard work is so much easier now with my new blower. Cheers, John
Switched from a Stihl BG-50 gas blower to this Power+765 and the difference is amazing. Running at 60% equals the gas blower and turbo is there to move piles of leaves mixed with twigs that the old one could not. No starting, no mixing gas - just push a button and go!
This is for 765 tool only. This a replacement for the 765 tool and battery combo I bought in February 25 and tool just stopped working May 2026. Called warranty claims department and they asked me some questions and they sent a brand new tool for replacement. I know things can breakdown but what makes me happy and a repeat customer is that they back it up when they back it up with great warranty service. That is how you take care of your customers and keep them for future purchases. This item is a great powerful replacement for my gas powered blower without the gas and fumes. I love it and highly recommend it!
Purchased a few weeks ago to replace a different brand that was only 5 years old but 4 battery's have failed. Previous blower would struggle to blow all the pine needles and pine nuts out of driveway and take 2 batteries over about 45min, this new EGO blower takes about 20min for the same amount of work because air volume is so strong, even using the power boost I still have over half the 5amp battery left and 1/4 of the 2.5amp. Only time will tell if the batteries will last but the blower itself is top notch and worth the extra $$. Also very quiet and easy to handle even with the heavy battery, the balance with the battery on while blowing makes it seem lighter than it actually is.
The blower works just fine. However, my rating of a ‘4' and not a ‘5' is the weight of the blower when the battery pack is added. It's awfully heavy. Thank goodness for the strap.
