I have been taking them for a few weeks at the tail end of a cold. Not sure they helped shortened it but have heard good things about elderberries so I will continue to take them hoping to avoid another cold this year. They taste very good!
I've been taking elderberry gummies for about 2 years. I feel it has benefited my immune system with its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. I very seldom get a cold and with flu vaccinations i have avoided the flu for many years.
I love these gummies sense I started giving them to my daughter one a day she hasn't been sick sense

i would prefer they put my items on my porch instead of o my steps.

taste like soap thought it was just a one time thing but they all taste like soap.
