This stylish electric kettle is a fabulous buy! Walmart had it marked down drastically. My old kettle ceased heating and since I use it every day, I needed another one FAST! This is the perfect kettle - heats quickly, holds temp for 2 hours (yes, that's right!) - and is perfect for coffee overpouring. The modern design is so striking - I'll probably never store it away - it adds to my contemporary decor.

I want to leave a delivery feed back but only found this to vouce my gratefulness for this delivery man. He is the 2nd person to follow my request to ring the door bell. it alerts me a package has arrived. KUDOS to him. And his 2nd great KUDOS is that he got out of his car to help with getting the package on the inside of my door when he realized i was struggling. Please acknowledge him! Thank him for me too!

Overall I love this electric kettle!!! The only thing I would change is the design/installation of the handle. Most other handles seem to be also braced from the inside, which seems to make it have a lighter feel when you lift it off of the heating element. The handle on this kettle looks to be attached only on the outside which I assume is why it has a much heavier feel than several of the others. I have tried that hold the same amount of water. Other than that I definitely choose over all the others I have had .

I've used it a number of times already to heat water to boiling or to a specific temp for tea. Works wonderfully. Seems to be constructed well. I think it was worth the investment. Has auto shut off. So you don't have to worry about leaving the stove on. Heats water faster than a stovetop tea kettle too.

Love the temp control, design and spout. Great for making my husbands coffee and for my teas! So far no mess, holds temp for as long as you want, easy to clean, clear instructions.

We were skeptical at first but this kettle has been performing better than we expected for making our matcha and coffee drinks. Great aesthetic with the black and copper knob too!

Still in early use phase. Pretty good manual. Y E T... use of HOLD button is challenging me. I love the idea of temperature hold. The 3 times I got it to work were wonderful. I'll continue to tinker with getting the sequence exact so the operation works every time. I love the spout. Temperature selection ability is way neat. Unit's size is right for my counter space.

This unit brings water to the selected temperature much faster than stovetop kettles. The "hold" feature would be beneficial if it worked. For the first week hold did a great job but now the interface reads temps between 70-212, jumps back and forth and occasionally settles. Still brings the water to the set temp on startup so far though once you remove the kettle from the base it gets flaky.

Kettle looked good worked well for almost two years, then failed electrically, and tripped the the GFCI it was plugged into. The kettle and base must have shorted out internally due to some failed component. The unit was in a dry place and failed on its final use attempt. I contacted the manufacturer email listed in the two year Warranty notes in the user manual three times. The manufacturer customer service email stated, repeatedly, that that the seller - Walmart - was the responsible party for a warranty claim, not the manufacturer. The replies I made noted that the warranty card instructions for contact was for manufacturer, but the customer service is not standing by the warranty. The unit worked well while it functioned, over use, black paint started to chip externally, and some rusty spots appearing on the lid underside on the stainless steel surfaces. I was disappointed that that the manufacturer fail to honor the warranty,

3 weeks after purchase, the bottom of my Electric Gooseneck Kettle had circular rust stains in it. Also, the "HOLD" feature is inconsistent and only works occasionally and when it wants to. Even though I purchased this item on clearance, it is not worth the price if the Electric Gooseneck Kettle rusts after a few weeks, releasing rust into my Distilled Water. Horrible. Returning ASAP.
