I purchased three of these along with other items. These glide on smoothly like butter. You can not feel it on your skin, it is very lightweight unlike many cream shadows. The pigmentation is metallic but not overdone. When they say "no budge" they mean it! I had to scrub my wrist with soap to remove the swatches! I live in Memphis where the heat and humidity normally dissolve make up in 2 hours! I normally forgo make up in the summer months. Not anymore! All pros, no cons unless you prefer make up that washes off easily. Glorious!!

I absolutely love these shadow sticks! I recently just purchased the Blue Steel shade but I own all of them except for 2 colors. Anyway, the blue steel is more of a gunmetal color and I love it so much to do a very sexy smokey eye. You can do this eye look so easily and quickly. It looks so good!

I'm nearly 47 and to be honest, I've spent most of my life buying high price point cosmetics believing that pricier items were better for mature faces. Well,I was soon put right by ELF .This was the first ever item I bought from ELF and it certainly hasn't been my last. I was with a friend one day and we were browsing through the make up when I spied this shadow/liner. I fell in love with the colour swatch and bought it straight away.And it has now become my absolute go-to liner. It really doesn't budge,yet comes off easily with make-up remover,it is really good for contact lense wearers like myself and the colour pay-off is very rich. I bought the shade Metallic Mocha. And let me tell you, if you have blue/grey eyes this will make them pop from your face like nothing else. This is by far, the best eye product Ive ever had. I've got them in every colour. They are just so versatile and they have a handy little sharpener hidden in the end of the stick. What's not to love? Totally brilliant!

These are really peculiar--they are very hit-or-miss, depending on the colour. I have the Magnetic Pull, Champagne Crystal, Rose Gold and Perfect Pearl. The Magnetic Pull and Rose Gold are fabulous--soft, great colour payout. The Champagne Crystal and Perfect Pearl are a bust--nice colours, but lousy payout and so stiff they pull at your eyelids--and still give almost no colour, even on the back of my hand. I even tried soaking them in hot water to soften them--no dice. I just noticed, as I pulled them out to write this review that the two lousy ones came in metallic tubes, and the great ones are in plain plastic tubes. I don't know if they changed the formula when they changed the tubes, as well. It looks like the plain tubes are newer (since that's what's on the website) so that could be the case. I may try ordering the Perfect Pearl again, and see if it has improved any. If so, I'll update this review.

Blue Steel was pigmented but it was MUCH darker in person than the picture online. Mine looks like this

I loved these the first time I tried them. Now they are very DRY and difficult to use on my lids! It's crazy how fast they dried up. The colors are so pretty! I pushed as hard as I could to get rid of the dry material and rose gold and rose quartz are soft and pliable again but I threw out magnetic pull. Just beware! I'm glad they were inexpensive.

Absolutely terrible doesn't even work on my hand it doesn't work it's terrible I've asked to return and want a refund
