Epson EcoTank ET-15000 Wireless Color All-in-One Supertank Printer with Scanner, Copier, Fax

This printer was easy to set up and works great. I love being able to print on a larger scale than my older printer. I use the 13x19 size most of the time with this printer. I highly recommend this printer! It does take up a little more room than a typical printer, but not too much more. I only use it for printing so I haven't used the copier or the scanner.

Purchased the Epson EcoTank ET-15000 for ReVibe Facilities in Denver to handle our marketing outreach materials. Super easy to install and set up right out of the box – ink tanks filled quickly, wireless connection was seamless. Print quality is outstanding: sharp colors, crisp text, and handles larger formats perfectly without breaking the bank on ink. Highly recommend for small businesses or anyone needing reliable, high-volume printing.

This is my second one of these printers. I originally bought my first one for sublimation, and after more than three years of heavy use, it's still going strong. The only issue I've had is that the cassette tray stopped feeding paper, but it's not a major problem since I simply use the rear paper tray instead. When I decided to expand my small sublimation business, buying another one was an easy decision. This printer produces beautiful, vibrant colors, and while I occasionally experience a paper jam, it has been an excellent and reliable printer overall. I paid around $750 for my first one over three years ago, so when I saw this one on sale for $450, I couldn't pass it up. The ink lasts an incredibly long time, making it even more cost-effective. I would absolutely recommend this printer to anyone looking for a dependable printer with excellent print quality.

I really wanted to love this printer because the EcoTank system is a great idea, but my experience has been frustrating. The mobile/Wi-Fi set up took much longer than expected, and the settings are not very intuitive. There are also constant pop-up notifications that make everything feel more complicated than it needs to be. I've spent a lot of time trying different settings, including using the rear paper tray, and I'm still struggling to get consistently sharp, high-quality prints. On the positive side, the ink really does last a long time, which is one of the biggest reasons I bought it. Just be sure to print something regularly to help keep the print heads from clogging if you don't use it often. Once it's working, it does the job, but I expected a much smoother setup and easier-to-use software for a printer at this price.

Everything workes fine the packaging was horrible

The ecotanks don't inform you that they have a 'count life' and a waste tank that will stop your printing. I have bought a smaller eco tank and I have the same problems, it doesn't print cleanly. It has missing line and some colors won't print. Clean the print heads does not work so you do a deep clean. I have printed less than 10 usable pages, the are bad and I have tried purge printing but the printer just won't give a clean print. I have almost gone through a ream of paper just to get it to print correctly but it won't. I would never buy another Epson product again.

Never got a chance to try the printer. I ordered the printer on May 7 leaving review on May 24th. I received the printer damaged. Tried to get a replacement, never received another one after returning the damaged one like I was supposed to do. Order was cancelled without my consent after calling 4 separate times trying to rectify the situation. Agents were not knowledgeable. They kept giving me different answers and different delivery dates, which was confirmed wrong information by supervisors after I asked to speak to one which was 2 separate times. I spent over an hour on those two separate occasions trying to fix the mess that they created. One supervisor offered a discount for the trouble and at the end they wouldn’t honor it and all they wanted to offer was $25 for the trouble that was their fault.

This is the absolute worst printer I have ever purchased the color of horrible the settings change themselves and you have to try multiple tones to even get it to actually print!

epson printer Auto Feeder rolker broke after 6 months. still works but have to put on the glass. issues with wireless internet router connection. says wifi connection strong but won't connect. have to connect printer to its own connection. i have it set for auto paper tray. sometimes it chooses the back feeder instead of psper tray. overall not satisfied with this printer.

I purchased an ET 15000, and after 3 months of using it, It stopped working, I got an error code 031006. Buy at your own risk, it’s a terrible printer
