Equate Beauty Clarifying Charcoal Facial Cleanser, 6.77 oz

I don't understand the negative reviews. This product has been a literal life chager for me. Not only has this helped with my medication induced acne, but it has drastically diminished my painful spots that I have from hidradenitis suppurativa. If you don't mind the cooling sensation that you will feel from this, then I highly recommend.

This works great and it's cheaper than the brand name Biore product! Ignore those who gave bad reviews claiming this product gave them a skin burn. This product does NOT do that! Anyone who's had a problem? That's on their end, and is not the fault of this product! If you're worried that it won't work as good as the Biore name brand, worry no more. Try it out and see for yourself! I've been using it and it's not only working great, it keeps my skin clean!!

All I can tell you about this product is that my wife uses it regularly and won't allow herself to run out. If it makes the wife happy, then I'm happy.

I have always had a hard time finding a great face wash. It either dried out my skin or left me feeling greasy. This product works great and the price is fantastic!

I am completely surprised by the quality of this product. It smells great, it's smooth, it suds up nice, and actually made my oily skin less shiny. The best part? THE PRICE! I have a new regular daily face wash.

I'm in my early 30s and still deal with acne and oily skin. This cleanser does the best job of taking care of the oil without overly drying out my skin. The menthol gives a nice cooling sensation, but it might be why other people had skin irritation.

Me and my bf both like this one a lot. The only tiny lil issue is the texture it kinda runs away from you once it's on your hand if that makes sense? I don't love the menthol/cool feeling of it but he does. If you're on the fence about trying it just do it, it's so inexpensive

This seems like a fairly gentle face cleanser in most respects, but I am disappointed that it contains something that causes tingling (like a menthol or camphor)….I liked the charcoal as an ingredient as it’s not sensitizing and works well for sensitive skin. I really wish that this cleanser didn’t contain any sensitizing ingredients that cause tingling. I know that people believe the tingle means that something is ‘working’, but it doesn’t! Soaps don’t need to lather a lot or tingle in order to work well….

this was kind of a yes/no for me. it didn't quite clean my face like biore its competing with, and isn't really much, or any cheaper than the biore name brand 11.45oz one that gets you more per bottle.

Formula change is horrible! I love this product until the change. The smell is now toxically overwhelming and the consistency is weird and slimy. No longer light and refreshing to use. I will pay for name brand.
