Equate Comfort Grip Walking Cane for Adults and Seniors, Height Adjustable, Black, 300 lb Capacity

I purchased this cane online just before knee replacement surgery. It was Walmart's least-cost cane and has met my needs well. A major consideration was that I was able to pick it up outside at my Walmart's pick up station without ever having to get out of my vehicle -- a great option!

The sturdiness of this cane is exactly what I needed! The handle is non-slip, but very slightly cushioned, so for a full-time cane user like me that is absolutely perfect. When I first used it, I forgot to tighten the ring that locks the adjustability in place…. So, after I figured that out, no problems. I have been using this cane for about a year and only had to retighten the ring once because a little kid played with my cane, not because of the cane itself! Great product; highly recommend for someone in need of a frequently used cane that they don't want to fold down. (I have since added a cane carrying bag and glow-in-the dark tip because I am blind and can't use my white cane anymore because of my physical disabilities and limitations and a white cane does not provide any physical support like a regular cane does).

Easy to use, much better than the other onte I used. It had the 3 feet mechanism on that which sometimes caught and you would almost trip over it. This one you don't have that problem and it works so much better. I don't care if it stands by itself or not it just works a lot better than the other ones which half the time when it stand up by itself anyways.

Very light but sturdy. I purchased for use after total knee replacement when physical therapy recommended to use one week post op instead of walker. Adjustable for height. I am 5'2” and the shortest setting is perfect for me. Easy to change settings. Very plain, but I prefer “gunmetal gray” over a floral/meadow/butterfly print. Recommend for short term use after conferring with PT.

I always trusted the brand equate. It's just as good as the name brand of an item I like this game. It's really nice. It has a comfort grip which is hard to find and it really works well for me. I'm so happy I have a new key now this was a gift for myself. Thank you.

Its light weight and sturdy and durable construction make this a perfect companion for support when walking in any environment. I am slightly older than dirt, and I find this very useful, especially when I walk on uneven terrain in the woods when I'm hunting. I appreciate the ergonomic grip. It is more stable than the curved traditional cane grip, and it also is a great improvement over the flat grip on many walking sticks. I also find it very helpful for getting into and out of the shower.

As a handicapped person this cane is very easy to walk with and the hand grip is very comfortable to hold. I walk with two, one in each hand, and have no feeling of shakiness or wobble as my old canes felt, and no fear of falling.

Not as nice as cane my physical therapists loaned me . This was substituted for one Like my therapist's, but doesn't feel quite as solid . Will be returning .

I received the cane and began using it. 2 days later it collapsed while I was walking. there was no sign it would collapse. I could not find any reason, so I set it up again and used it for another couple of days and it collapsed again. fortunately my son was with me, or I would have fallen. I retuned it and won't get this brand again.
