Equate Extra Strength Acetaminophen 500mg Gelcaps, Pain Reliever and Fever Reducer, 225 Count

This is my go-to for headaches, body aches, and minor pain. It works just as well and just as fast as the name brand, and you save so much by buying the Equate version. I always keep a bottle in my medicine cabinet. No side effects, easy to swallow, and highly effective!

Why is "Taste" a review option? Who out there is sucking on these like a lozenge?? and "Ease of Use" ??? what kind of questions are these, feels like some Spishack brand review questions if you ask me. Nah, this is my "Go-To" since I'm allergic to Ibuprofen. These are fast acting too, within 10 minutes I feel pain relief.

I shopped around and it was the best Price I could find for the product that I wanted. I can't take much of any other medications for pain and headaches, and I like the fast acting 500 mg of acetaminophen and The price is increased so much I almost can't afford it but I'm on a blood thinner so I can't take the other medications

These work SO much faster than normal Acetaminophen pill's! They settle my fever %26 headache's quickly! If you're someone who get's migraine's, you know every second feel's like an eternity! Rapid Release is a much more beneficial tool for help with any pain or fever!!

Wanted to share this tidbit I discovered about this product. I have a problem swallowing pills. Big pills, little pills, round, square, coated, capsules, or you get the idea. These pills do NOT have little holes drilled in the capsules, which is what they do so they can brag that they are “quick acting.” Those little holes are what make the darn things dissolve in my mouth before I can get them down. So that is why I buy these—NO HOLES! I can swallow as many gulps of milk as I need to and not ever taste what's inside. Plus, they work. Win win for me!

No need to spend more for a brand name. These work just as good no difference at all. Much more affordable. Helps with my husband's slipped disks, my knee pain and many aches and pains of a busy house full of athletes. Stop waiting your money on the name brands this is affordable and it works.

I purchased the generic Tylenol when needed for combination tension-migraine headaches. I have used it for at least 20 years %26 never been disappointed. If you get these headaches often or even occasionally, I highly recommend the product. If concerned about the item definitely discuss this with the pharmacist or your physician to best ensure safety concerns. BTW, the larger bottles have tops easier to manage for those of us with arthritis in our hands. Wishing all good health.

This is the only thing I'm able to take for pain. I have stomach problems that prevent me from taking nSaids. Some days I believe I should own stock in this company, 🤣 , I have to take it so often! It really helps. It's fast and works very nicely for ordinary headaches and some pain.

I think this product is the same or equal to the name brand product. the only problem I have with the product which is why I took off one star, is because sometimes a handful of them will be cracked in the center and come in two pieces. therefore even though I'm getting a huge bang for my buck I'm still getting damaged product and that doesn't happen with the name brand. that being said I still buy these before I buy the name brand because they really are the same and I will continue to buy these I have bought them over 50 times
