Equate Extra Strength Acetaminophen PM Pain Reliever/Sleep Aid Rapid Release Gel Caps, 500 mg, 80 Count

I've suffered from insomnia for years and have been using the equate version of Zzquil but even that costs so I tried these. Instead of 2 I took 1 last night and actually slept from 2:30am to 6:47am straight. This was the first time I slept longer than 2 hours in about 10 days. I also was able to go right back to sleep until my fur faced kid woke me at around 8 plus no grogginess whatsoever when I got up.

I have no trouble getting up in the morning because things don't seem to hurt as much. I take 2 of these and one melatonin and sleep through the night

ITS THE ONLY ONE I USE. IT DOES HELP WITH PAIN AND ALSO HELPS ME GET THAT MUCH NEEDED SLEEP WHEN I AM IN PAIN.

I thought I was buying regular Acetaminophen, but it turns out I did not. Luckily I did take them before going to bed after a busy day of moving a family of five and the horrifying amount of stuff we've managed to accumulate. I passed out super hard and did not wake up until the morning. Assumed I was so tired I didn't even feel the muscle aches. Nope, there's a sleep aid in these pills. They worked fantastic and I realized they were normal before taking a dose on my way to the hardware store the next day. I credit the good night's sleep.

So far, these have been very reliable for me. I really like having options as far as pill type. The gel caps are much easier for me to swallow.

I couldn't find these anywhere else. These are identical to Kirkland acetaminophen Pm relief. Costco has been out for quite a while. Thank goodness for Walmart online.
