Unfortunately I have been dealing with acid reflux for 24 years now. I take one a day everyday before I eat anything and it keeps the acid down. I bought Prilosec for years and wasted so much money. These are the same exact thing to me. Much cheaper and does the same exact thing.
The 20 mg mini capsule seemed to work as well, if not better than the large 40 mg capsule I get from CVS. I have arthritis and the bottle cap was hard to get off, an easy open bottle for old hands to get into would be nice.
Can be hard to find at times, but then these days what isn't? Great for fighting heart burn or acid reflux, which is why these were bought. Have been taking these for some time now and there have been no issues with taking one capsule every day. Package says consult a doctor before doing so, so please see a Dr. and not take my word for it. Everyone is different and reacts differently. These work great for both of us though and acid reflux has been a thing of the past. Exactly like the name brand stuff, so why pay more. Will I buy more? Yes, for sure. Would I recommend? Yes.
I started buying this years ago when my insurance was dropped and I couldn’t afford the out of pocket cost for the prescription. It is as effective as the prescription I was getting and even once I got new insurance I still buy this instead. It’s been on roll back for a few weeks for a great price and I get two triple packs every time I get paid just to have it stocked up
I've had chronic reflux disease since I was 12 and I'm 48. I have to take these every day. If I skip a dose, it's a bad couple days for me. I tried the flavored kind of this brand with the same mg's and they just don't work like these. I have to double up on them. The mini capsules and the regular capsules work great. I'm not sure what the difference is besides the flavoring.
I have severe acid reflux disease. I used to have a prescription for dexilant. instead of that I now use this medication. it works just as well. if not better. I take one a day. I can't eat without a. it's extreme relief.
I wish you made this in like a 60 or 90 pill supply for those of us who take this everyday. Buying 3 bottles that don’t have enough pills to fill 1 bottle is not environmentally responsible. These plastic bottles are only 1/4 full plus you have to purchase them more frequently.
I absolutely love the Equate Omeprazole Delayed Release Mini Capsules 20mg you can't beat the price $9.97 For 42 Capsules I've been using this brand for a couple of years now they are definitely 10 out 10 for me and will definitely be ordering more very soon
these tiny little capsules are a real life savior! they work! ps for some reasin, i feel like the regular sized ones work better. psychological? maybe. full size does work better... still works though!
Within a couple of months of taking these I started with taking 1 a day. Then it got to be 2 a day. Now its been 2 months and I had to take 2 more tonight. I can't do 4 a day. That's not right. I'll have to go back to the name brand I used to take.
