Whoa.....didn't think I'd be doing, err, rating this. This Old Bach confesses to drinking the big "M" on a daily basis. TMI? Well the "Equate" capsules are what I use in leiu of the big name powder. It works. Loose and regular. What? read the label. Didn't really rate the taste cause i swallow the whole stupid capsules. It tastes like whatever I'm drinking!

I have to take 4 fiber tablets per day along with a drink . These tablets are the best value for the money. The cost is very reasonable and only discovered them at the store recently. When I returned to store of course they are sold out. This is not the first time the shelf has no product. So I had to buy the smaller quantity but I only bought 1 bottle.

So—-I have some irregular issues with digestion. Going on for years. I did not want to worry about mixing up Metamucil or a generic brand powder in juice every morning. These capsules are great. I take them with my daily medicines AM and PM. . I have noticed a huge difference in the last 2 to 3 days drastically. Such a digestive improvement!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have tried many different products over the last 10 years, and this is the one that works best for me. It's effective, reasonably priced, and easy to take—just twice a day. I've been very happy with the results and plan to continue using it. Highly recommend!

This is the secret weapon of our elder population on medicare. Several of my patients told me about this, inexpensive, easily found, easy results. Take 1 daily and your troubles are resolved. I was skeptical. My colonoscopy prep nurse also recommended them based on patient raves so off to Walmart and life is less complicated now.

So... I was going through a long phase of... umm, ya know... more of a rushed situation to get to the bathroom. Something had to be wrong with my diet. I don't eat many grains and a few vegetables, so I need fiber. I didn't want to drink it; I wanted a capsule. After reading reviews, I thought I would try it. SUCCESS! I did not take it as instructed, as they want you to take many at once and in a day. I started with just two. After three days, everything was back to normal. I'm not taking them anymore. I will use them if the situation comes back. I just needed a bit of a reset. It worked. Whew!

I HAVE to take this everyday or else! haha! it works good for me. benefiber was toxic and prunes too messy and expensive. I drink this down fast- something you should do anyway

tried hoping it would work as well as Metamucil but did not at all for me. Price is great but will have to continue to pay more for Metamucil. Capsules looked like Metamucil and ingredient list is the same on the bottle but doesn't work anything like Metamucil.

Don't waste your money on this product! You have to consume FIVE capsules to get only 2 g of dietary fiber! What a joke! Don't always go for the cheapest price when looking for supplements… Read the labels and find out how much product is actually in there! I thought I could trust this brand, but I'll never buy it again!
