Equate brand Acetaminophen Tablets, 325mg are perfect! It isn't easy to fine this dosage, but YAY Walmart. The price, speedy delivery, and condition of product are such a plus. I always purchase this item from Walmart!

I usually use ibuprofen for pain relief, but while taking steroids you can't use ibuprofen so I got this acetaminophen to use for pain, and it really worked. Took away a bad headache. I'm not a huge fan of this shape of pill, but I just drank a bunch of juice with it, and it was fine.

Aspirin was upsetting my stomach. I don't think I'm supposed to be taking aspirin at my age anyway. These work just as well and they're easy to swallow and don't upset my stomach.

I had to be negative on taste cuz let's face it, all acetaminophen tastes horrible!!! But this one works as well as the brand name does!

Was happy to see they have these in great value. Cheaper for the same thing.

These work the same as name brand Tylenol right now and haven't bothered my stomach. I tried using this brand a long time ago but it was horrible. Whoever is making them now is doing a better job with the quality of the ingredients. If you suddenly notice a difference when you open a new bottle quality standards may have changed but so far the past two years I've had good relief.

Not easy to swallow!!! Does not work that well!
