I have used this cold product SEVERAL times. It does a really good job of relieving symptoms such as fever, snot/mucus, coughing, etc. I have found that you need to keep the product in your system consistently (every 4 hours round the clock). The expectorant part works well at keeping the mucus loose enough so that you can cough it up (AND OUT). Gross to talk about, but necessary. The also includes blowing the sinus mucus out at well. Best done over a bathroom sink. I also recommend the use of a neti pot (warm saline solution nasal wash) twice a day to help flush out snot over a sink. There's only 24 tablets in each package (12 doses) so get several packages. Set your alarm so that you don't forget to take every dose. I keep a few packages on my supply shelf, and a few doses in my purse and car in case I'm away from home when my 4 hour alarm goes off.

This is our go to cold medicine!! The first sign of a cold, we're ordering more. It works great, and the vapor cool, while I don't know if it does much, is a pleasant touch.

The menthol fellin8when you swallow these is perfect when you feel horrible. Definitely recommend these.

Works as good as the brand name version of this. My go to when a cold starts kicking it to wipe it out quickly.

exactly what was needed to stop a cold

I have only been able to find Vicks Vapocool Dayquil to work for me when sick. Every store was out, so I opted to give this a try. I know some store brands dont work like the big brands, but this was a win-win. Worked and tasted exactly like Vicks without the high price tag. the menthol vapor was felt immediately. This will be a must have for my medicine cabinet going forward.

not too impressed with these. they do work but because it's a solid pill it takes a little while to dissolve and start working. the gel caps are better.
