The raised seat is as advertised, sturdy and super light. Looks great, functions great, and was super easy to put together, and install. It uses colors and arrows to show you how to connect the arms, then it's click, click, click, click , and you're done.

This riser is meant for a permanent installation. You may need help to install it. I purchased a "soft close" toilet seat to compliment it, and that's what I really like about this riser - you can close the toilet seat. It is sturdy and very helpful.

It's just what we needed. I had a little trouble with the install because the bolts that were already there were difficult to get out, but the new ones worked perfectly.

i love it. got for big surgery and was advised for a riser would help. it does love it. i want to keep it up after recovery. mu husband hates it. litterly go the kids bathroom instead

would recommend for anyone who had or plan on having any type of leg, knee or foot surgery. it helps you be more independent, plus who really wants to empty our bed side commode?? this eliminates bed side commode completely. I ordered one for my parents and I also have the one without the handles due to severe arthritis in knee. it's a life saver!!

The Toilet Seat riser is a very good deal for the money. Does what it's supposed to do, and it's an easy installation. Very few tools are required. Good fit and finish to the product. Works as stated.

I haven't used it yet until I can get someone to install it for me, if I tried to by myself I would have to call the ambulance to get me off the floor.

We were unable to install the product as one of the bolts or locking mechanisms was broken and would not hold the handle in place. Contacted Wal mart and they say contact seller yet very difficult to find contact information on the order site. First experience with Walmart .com and this company. Just want the product to work and good customer experience. So far neither have materialized.

I purchased the toilet riser. Didn't open . I needed the round riser. Tried to return . Was told you can't return. . Seems unfair 🤨😡 I'm sure it's a good toilet but I wouldn't know.!!

Product ok. However, damaged box did not include hardware. Unkown if it fell out it shipping. Description includes hardware. Non returnable/exchange item, another$25 spent and a trip to the hardware store to obtain the replacement hardware. Very unhappy with customer service.
