Estroven Maximum Strength Caplets 28 ea (Pack of 2)

I've been using this as a replacement for Maximum Strength Equate Menopausal symptoms. Not quite as strong as the Equate version that apparently you are no longer producing.

I have used this for awhile and feel as if I didn't hot flashes could be a lot worse. They don't stop them but they sure do help. Had a few issues when I first ordered them. I contacted the seller and things were resolved. That were quick to respond and awesome with communication. Thanks!

I keep my Estroven on my vanity with a bottle of water - it is part of my morning health and beauty routine. It took about two weeks for the effects to kick in - the effects were gradual, not immediate. Before Estroven, I was having about 8-10 hot flashes per day. Then it slowly reduced to 5-6, then dwindled down to zero. I am so much more comfortable now. I have been taking it for about two months now and feel great. Actually seemed to help my hot flashes quickly but I have extra bad anxiety and am super sensitive to anything that adds energy even though I drink coffee. I felt a little nauseous first day and my heart was feeling like it was beating out of my chest. But I think if your not sensitive to caffeine would work well. Might try the nighttime one.

I was always happy get my stuff from Walmart, but with Item not. They Boxes were smashed, and they expirations date is July Sorry to say, I am disappointed

After using the 'sleep cool' and 'multi-symptoms/weight mgmt' I was excited about this one because I felt I could use it during the day to keep me going throughout work and into the evening in combination with 10 mgs of melatonin as my sleep aid. One major problem, if I don't use this at night too, I sweat horribly and I still end up waking up periodically due the sweat running down my chest. I think I am going to return to using a different combination offered in another Estroven product. Stay tuned...

I want to give zero stars. I've been taking the multi supplement for a few years. Decided to give this one a try. Having a SEVERE allergic reaction to the black cohosh. I'm on day six suffering from face and upper body rash. Be careful.
