I haven't had a lot of hot flashes, so it's hard for me to comment on the effectiveness for that symptom. I've been trying to lose weight and have wondered how much being in peri-menopause might be making my battle even harder than it is. I like that this is drug-free and Estrogen-free. It's got herbs to support a health metabolism, which makes me feel like I'm doing something good for myself. And I'm not even sure if it's supposed to help with this, but I did notice that I seem to have a bit more energy since starting to take it. It's a smooth capsule, not too big, and easy to swallow. No odor or taste to it. And it comes packaged in foil blister packs. Easy for taking along when on the go.
