I take these every night - I also take one of the other Estroven products in the morning. I can really tell a difference if I forget to take them for a day or two - they really help with minimize my hot flashes and night sweats.

I have been taking this for almost 2 months and although it did take a couple of weeks for me to start feeling better, my hot flashes and night sweats have almost disappeared! AND I am sleeping better, which is a beautiful thing! I was taking it at 10 pm but had difficulty rousing in the morning, so I started taking it at 9, which helped greatly. But this - it's worth every penny!

My head, face, back and pretty much everything else was sweating and had for years. My Dr wouldn't prescribe hormones stating I was too old. I saw this product on store shelf and purchased. I love it! Almost all my sweating is gone. I can wear foundation again because it doesn't slide down my face. I cannot begin to express how wonderful it is not your have to go to a restroom to towel off or have a salesperson ask me if I'm all right. I told my Dr and he even wrote down the name and where to buy. Oh by the way I'm sleeping better and I no longer sweat.

My Dr. Recommend Estroven and I started taking about two months ago my life has emproved so much, my husband noticed the difference and was happy and I told him I was taking Estroven and he said you look so happy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried Estroven's other products but am especially pleased with this one. My most annoying symptom has been not being able to sleep and the dreaded hot flashes that accompany this. Estroven's Sleep Cool has helped tremendously!

After months of feeling severely sleep deprived, I finally hit my limit when I drove the wrong way up a one way road. My Dr. said I wasn't ready for hormones, but I knew I needed to do something. I've been taking this for 3 weeks now and am finally sleeping through the night without constant hot flashes and then feeling freezing because I threw off all of the covers. I was skeptical, but this product really did help me.

Although it's hard to know definitively, I do believe it helps somewhat for hot flashes. As for sleeping, it probably helps some but I use it every night and have not tried going without for the duration of my use.

I have been taking the Night formula for 10 days now. Not so sure it's working. I'm still having nightsweats really bad and day time hot flashes. It "may" be working slightly. I have to give it more time I'm sure. We shall see! I'm really, really hoping it helps cause this stinks!
