I just recently starting taking this for menopause. I have used so many different pills for menopause for over20 years. This is the best medication I have used so far. Most store bought meds you take 1 pill, but with this brand you take two. I feel that I no longer experience menopause or the symptoms.

I am really surprised with this product even after the first day I took it at night just before bed. I slept all night and only had one hot flash and it was a mild one. I usually have five or six they keep me awake. I don't get a full night sleep and I wake up tired with this one I sleep all night and I have one small flash very mild, and I feel more rested and have more energy so far for me. I took my first dose this morning. Haven't had one sweating episode yet. The real test will be tonight. If I can get a decent night sleep I'll marry it!

For me, this product has nearly eliminated hot flashes and night sweats associated with early menopause, but it took some time. The first few weeks showed only mild results; but I have now been using this product (with my doctor's approval!) for about four months and have virtually eliminated perhaps the most bothersome symptoms of menopause.

I am so happy I found this product! After 2,5 weeks I started feeling the difference. My energy levels went up, I am not as tired as I used to be around 5pm every day. I sleep better, my mood has improved. In other words, I feel great. It's a bit pricey but it's worth every penny.

I'm halfway through the first box - it does seem to be helping - you have to take both pills so I wish that they were packaged to accommodate this - it would be easier with travel.

I have not notice any changes. It really makes your stomach churn hard for a while almost immediately after you take it. I recommend taking it with milk.

Has MSG in it . Opened one dose out of pkg., should have read ingredients first. Money wasted.
