okay, full disclosure. my hot flashes are SEVERE. On a bad day, I'll have 20 to 30, not including overnight. This really did help me, but it only does so much because of how severe my hot fishes actually are. it takes forever for the VA to send my patches, but the ashwagandha does mins help in between my meds showing up. if this doesn't work, try the black cohosh. every woman is different.

I have been in perimenopause for a while, and the insomnia, hot flashes, and brain fog have been horrible. after my PCP told me that she would not work with me and told me to see my Ob...no time for that. I recently got these for my mother who is in perimenopause. Textbook symptoms that these seemed to help take the edge off slightly. We will be looking for better quality with hopes of better results

For sure check to make sure this is OK for your liver and will not impact you in a bed way. This product made me feel sick, didnt help with symptoms and not worth the money or effectiveness. Not a safe product. Better off taking vitamins actually helped more then this product. give this 2 👎👎

Why do you think you have the right to substitute medicine that is ordered? Just tell me it's out. I do not want this now. I have to drive to the store to return it because nobody has a sense to realize you should not substitute medicine.
