okay, full disclosure. my hot flashes are SEVERE. On a bad day, I'll have 20 to 30, not including overnight. This really did help me, but it only does so much because of how severe my hot fishes actually are. it takes forever for the VA to send my patches, but the ashwagandha does mins help in between my meds showing up. if this doesn't work, try the black cohosh. every woman is different.

Ok, take these with something that's easy for you to swallow, I take mine with pineapple juice! I absolutely love this product, once it gets in your system… no hot flashes %26 the ashwaganda helps with aches and pains, don't miss out on this product! As long as you take it with something that will help you get the capsule down, taste and swallowing will be easy, don't try water… that taste will be in your mouth forever! No, I wasn't payed for this review, I spend my own money for this product %26 I absolutely love it

I noticed a positive difference in my mood! Still getting hot flashes, but they don't bother me as much as my other peri symptoms. My personal experience has been positive. I have recommended these.

Only diapers worth buying
I recently got these for my mother who is in perimenopause. Textbook symptoms that these seemed to help take the edge off slightly. We will be looking for better quality with hopes of better results

Why do you think you have the right to substitute medicine that is ordered? Just tell me it's out. I do not want this now. I have to drive to the store to return it because nobody has a sense to realize you should not substitute medicine.
