I got this as a gift for my mom for her 78th birthday. The place she moved into now doesn't have a direct view out to the front yard and she likes to know what's happening and who's at the door. We placed the camera on an indoor window sill looking out a bedroom window at the front yard and I set it up for her and she just loves it. She gets a notification on her phone that there was activity and all she has to do is click on the notification and it plays the clip for her. And we love that there's no subscription fee. All you need is wi-fi and a nearby outlet. Very easy to use!
Easy installation, user friendly item. Make sure turn off Bluetooth on other devices before connecting Eufy security app to this device, Eufy Camera via Bluetooth. Pictures are clear. Eufy Customer service online is super helpful, fast in responding to customer questions %26 provides clear explanations. If needing a segment of the item's recorded continuous long video, just click record. Then it be saved to your phone or tablet. Going to buy more.
Wasn't too hard to set up . Works very good for what I got it for.
Easy to install and quality view. I will be getting a second cam
We love Eufy cameras, this one is so easy to install, picture quality is good enough for monitoring my husbands aquarium while we're gone 😀
Great wifi camera, just plug into wall outlet and the cord seems a little more generous length than others. 2k picture is nice and clear. Night mode is good too. Motion notifications to phone are near instant. And no need to pay for cloud storage, just pop in a micro SD card to record and view via the app. It also has options for network attached storage and something else, but I'm not an expert so kept it simple with a micro SD card. Maybe a central recording will be good if hosting multiple cameras instead of buying multiple micro SD card for each camera. Recording also seems to go on for as long as needed so it won't be cut off during motion, I've had 2~3 min recordings until motion stopped. Minimum it records per trigger seems to be 30 secs. After testing the first camera and being satisfied overall, went ahead and ordered a 2nd one on the next sale:)
Great camera for the money, flawless integration with my EUFY home base and other outdoor cams. It has its own memory chip so you can use yours for separate storage. It record and store cliffs locally so you can save storage space on your base for outdoor cams. The videos are amazing.
Love these cameras. Have 4 of these .
The Eufy 2K security camera is not bad camera for the given price. it's mostly like a younger sister of Ezviz, but in some ways better... Pros: small, flexible, good colored view, not bad resolution, probably a bit better than Ezviz sec.cam. Very Fast downloading, to see in a smooth speedy way. (EZVIZ 's downloading takes ages.) Easy installation and apps so far working fine. Cons: lags a bit - about 3-4 sec., colors at night are a bit not as vibrant as in Ezviz. Zoom is limited in live view and playback. Would be good if there were functions as Backlight Mode which allows to minimize too bright spots visible, and vice versa. Ezviz has that feature and it's very convenient when a room gets lots of sun lights or when it's in too shade part. Sometimes the motion detection feature misses people/pet motions regardless the grade of sensitivity.
Wrong description on Walmart website. -It doesn't have battery, and it is cord electricity and plug in. -It is not 360° view. -Also it's official website is about $10 cheaper. Just waste my time on order it and delivery wait time. Also has extra cost for me to use gas and waste my money to return it.
