Fabulous cam for the price (half price sale). I was really wanting a stand alone WiFi camera and was disappointed I didn't read the details properly - this is a plug-in. Still it does what's it was intended for. Fast and efficient delivery. Communications were beyond expectation.

We're using this a crib monitor for our grandbaby. We have it mounted on a small tripod to cover the viewing area of the crib. Eventually when not needed for the crip, it will become a normal room monitor. Easy set up with our existing outdoor camera system.

I love the camera so much better than my old one. Clarity and its recording is perfect. I wish it will store the video on the older home base, I had to get a micro sd for this. Overall the quality is good.

This is a great cam to have even thought there are newer models with more upgrades. I got the E220 to monitor my beloved cat Loki when we are away from home. It was easy to add to my Eufy Home Base already in on place for my Eufy doorbell and camera. I activate it when I leave the house and while away I can remotely open the Eufy App and check on my cat. Certainly the rotate and tilt feature helps greatly to cover more view. I highly recommend end this camera and Eufy brand in general.

I don't like that you can mount it to the ceiling, but you have to plug it in in the cord isn't long. The picture is good you do have to purchase a 128gb sd card for storage because it won't save it on the home base

Bought this camera and found it wouldn't reconnect to mains power after an outage occurred, or you pulled the 240v plug. Took it back and got an exchange camera, also didn't operate correctly. I then bought the much cheaper Orion indoor camera and haven't had an issue. The Orion App "Grid Connect App" sends much faster phone notifications and gives amazing quality video play back and live footage. I also have another Eufy outdoor 360 camera which works fine because it is solar charged but again, the App is slow to issue notifications and has some occasional problems with video playback and live feed despite a really good WiFi signal.

I have several of these cameras around my residence. They seem to work well. Until recently that is. Then one of the four that I purchased from Walmart in November decided to get this issue where it suddenly will turn to the left and focus on the wall it is next to. None of the other cameras I have does this. I have tried everything to fix this. So thinking that it was covered by a good warranty, I contacted the company. That is where my dissatisfaction became quite heightened. Not only do they ask a lot of questions, they are not very responsive. Now they want me to go without a security camera in a portion of my home as they think I need to send the defective one back to them for them to diagnose before they possibly replace it. This company makes a quality product, however, their customer service leaves a whole lot to be desired. I will continue to try to fix this camera on my end, possibly it is just a glitch. I'm beginning a search for a new replacement camera, but it won't be from this company. Can't stand a company that is cheap with their product. And if I replace this one that I bought in a black Friday price after returning to Walmart, it'll cost me an extra $25 as the prices have gone up. I'll look elsewhere. I suggest you do too. Too bad as they are nice cameras, but this experience with their customer service left me cold. It's not the first time as I was looking for a part for one of my older cameras and they were not at all helpful. I didn't want to write a negative review on the cameras as they do function well when they work, but once you get a defective one, good luck on getting any help in replacing it. I'm not happy.

The quality is fine but it directs itself at nothing even when I've tried everything to make it focus on one highly trafficked location. Super frustrating! I tried to like it but it's garbage.

The default Angle and activity zone doesn't work properly. Usually it turns to the wall and locked over there. Every few hours needs to adjust it through app.

After installing and installing 2 times in 1 week, bad speaker it crackles. Spent 8 messages to anker Eufy. They have repeatedly asked for the same Walmart receipt for this product all 8 times. Now the camera angle is stuck and unable to look down. Horrible experience
