I have several of these cameras around my residence. They seem to work well. Until recently that is. Then one of the four that I purchased from Walmart in November decided to get this issue where it suddenly will turn to the left and focus on the wall it is next to. None of the other cameras I have does this. I have tried everything to fix this. So thinking that it was covered by a good warranty, I contacted the company. That is where my dissatisfaction became quite heightened. Not only do they ask a lot of questions, they are not very responsive. Now they want me to go without a security camera in a portion of my home as they think I need to send the defective one back to them for them to diagnose before they possibly replace it. This company makes a quality product, however, their customer service leaves a whole lot to be desired. I will continue to try to fix this camera on my end, possibly it is just a glitch. I'm beginning a search for a new replacement camera, but it won't be from this company.
Can't stand a company that is cheap with their product. And if I replace this one that I bought in a black Friday price after returning to Walmart, it'll cost me an extra $25 as the prices have gone up. I'll look elsewhere. I suggest you do too.
Too bad as they are nice cameras, but this experience with their customer service left me cold. It's not the first time as I was looking for a part for one of my older cameras and they were not at all helpful.
I didn't want to write a negative review on the cameras as they do function well when they work, but once you get a defective one, good luck on getting any help in replacing it.
I'm not happy.
