I’ve used this daily for about 3 months now. I read some negative reviews so I decided to purchase the extended warranty, just in case I had issues. So far I have had zero issues, it is a bit loud when the ice drops into the tray. Some noise is to be expected though. I’d buy it again!

I wish I had bought one of these countertop ice makers years ago! You simply run electricity to it, add water and enjoy fresh, clean ice in about 10 minutes! I use only distilled water and the ice tastes SO good! Yes, I definitely recommend this unit to others.

Makes ice so fast. One basket fills a 32 ounce wide mouth mason jar to the top. I prefreeze mason jars filled halfway with ice so I can unscrew, add my beverage of choice, and a glass straw for the coldest summer refresher!! So for me personally I get 2 frosted iced jars per basket in less than 20 minutes and freze a big batch ahead of time. It self cleans wonderfully as well.

If you’re not in a hurry for a few pounds of ice, this machine is worth the money. Perfect for a single person who puts ice in all drinks. My freezer ice box is now always full of small, bullet shaped ice. Just pick a few hours to make your weekly ice needs. Very, very simple to use.

I was very happy with the product which I had been researching for some time. Walmart's price was my deciding factor in ordering and have been pleased with the quality of the product since it arrived.

Much nicer than i expected ! A week after I got it, my Mom's freezer went on the blink. it would be a week before all the parts came in and the repairs could be done. I loaned mine to my Mom and she fell in love with it !!! I think I'll just let her keep it and buy myself another one. im one happy camper here . Oops, make that two !!! Me and my Mom 😊😊.

Well, WOW, what a cool little machine. It runs pretty quietly and makes ice in 6 minutes, just like the ad says! I filled the tank twice and in an hour I filled a 1 gallon baggie! Very easy to use! Plug it in, add water and walk away. The control panel tells you when to remove ice, add water. Clean with a soft cloth, don’t use chemicals, and don’t add flavors or juice tho, that will cause cause the machine to fail.

It makes ice but takes a while to make enough for the day. It is quiet, and the handle makes it easy to move around. The water reservoir never empties all the way, so I have to remove the drain plug and drain after use. I'm happy with it since I was buying bags of ice before, now I'm saving money, and I can make ice whenever I need it.

The water to make each Bach of cubes, runs over the already made ice cubes, so they end up all wet %26 freezing together into a clump. The collecting basket is not refrigerated either so they melt fast. While the ice does come out fast af, it melts just as fast. There’s always a little bit of water that doesn’t get run through and the light will blink to say add more water, even when there’s still a good bit of water in the machine. So it has to be drained a lot. Overall, meh. I’ll probably be looking for a better one in the near future.

received yesterday, had it sit for the 24 hrs. Now goes thrus the cycle and fills up with water, but never makes ice. Unit is not getting cold. Will teturn the product. 😠
