This vacuum by Eureka is easy to put together and it swivels as well for areas that you need to reach but are a little bit of an issue. I really like this vacuum cleaner. It doesn't take up much space either so if you have a small apartment or a small home this vacuum is a great choice.

I did record my unboxing and I would just like to say I did see review reviews of a missing handpiece at the top, but upon actually going over the directions off camera, it’s actually not missing and that’s a nozzle to help clean the corners while a connector piece, so that’ll be the only thing I complained about but all in all that was definitely not true. I love this little thing like seriously.

So I just got this vacuum in the mail today and I realize a lot of the reviews are bad reviews. At this point, I feel like you guys are lying for a free refund. I had no problems with this vacuum. The set up was easy. I seen a lot of reviews where people said the vacuum broke or the cord was too short. That’s a lie. The vacuum hasn’t broke on me and the cord is long enough to reach a whole room. I seen another review where somebody said they vacuumed over the cord and it broke. I vacuumed over the cord multiple times and it didn’t break on me. This vacuum works amazing as a parent of four kids along with having a dog and a cat this vacuum cleaned my rug so good remind you this is how it looks after two rooms . I will definitely recommend this product to anybody.

I love Eureka products ! my second vacuum with then. my 1st one ended up getting damage how’ve it was no issue this is a smaller version of the previous one I had ! Does just as good !

First off if you need a cheap vacuum cleaner just to get the job done this will do it. However, it doesn’t have that much power, and although I love the automatic height adjustment, I have a rug in my living room that is not high pile and its struggles with that height, so I’d hate to see what would happen if you had an actual thick carpet. My biggest complaint is that it’s made cheaply and will break easily if extreme caution is not taken and all family members that may use this product must be properly trained or they’re gonna break it. The connector hoses… There is a little tiny plastic nub on the connectors that you have to carefully and slowly turn before you remove the hose. Someone can easily pull these out without turning and then that’s it. The vacuum is trash. It’s broken. They really need to consider making parts that have to be used constantly strong enough to hold up to this constant use disappointed in this major brand to say the least.

I bought it, not realizing I couldn't adjust for the height of the pile of the rug/bare floor. That alone makes it difficult to push/use around the house. Also ran over the cord once, and it stripped the cord of all its protective layers down to the wire. Fixed it with electrical tape.

This vacuum is very small. The cord is short, does not even reach an entire room. would have to unplug and plug into another outlet just to vacuum one room. The attachments are not simple to disconnect and connect. it is pretty powerful for its size.

you have filters that have to be replaced often, that aren't washable. Its not mentioned at all in description, only 1 is washable. it's small and cheaply made like a toy. The handle is open, which can't be that safe.

I would’ve gave this vacuum 5 stars for being affordable and it’s cleaning power. However the vacuum is so poorly made it broke within 2 months. I also purchased the extended warranty which I’m unable to use. The power cord frayed leaving the machine unsafe to operate. I contacted the extended warranty, they advised this is covered under the manufacturer due to it having a 1 year warranty through them. I contacted Eureka, they asked for my order information and photos of the machine, I sent them and they confirmed it was received, a few days later I receive a response that was ticket was closed due to no response from me, I never received an email. I email them again with the same infomation including photos, they mention the prior ticket and said it’s being worked. I receive another response that my ticket is closed due to no response. It sucks because this vacuum is actually pretty good overall, however it’s very poorly made. I wouldn’t recommend unless you only need it for a temporary fix.

the swivel doesn't flow smoothly it's wonky my 30 dollar battery vacuum picks up better it has a feature that makes it self propelled it's just goes and doesn't turn properly so you have to keep going over same spot cord is not long enough and clogs quickly do not recommend
