Excedrin is the only over-the-counter product that works for me and I've used it for years. Excedrin PM works well for pain that carries over into the evening, where you need a pain reliever but don't want anything with caffeine that would keep you awake at night. Excedrin PM has no caffeine, but has a mild sleep inducer. Highly recommended because it works!

I have tried other om headache and sleep aid but sisnt qoek no where near as good as this . Wow amazed . I decided to try Excedrin pm to see if it would help me get some sleep on nights i have a headache. To my surprise, i took two of the them and I was able to sleep soundly the night and when I woke up I didn't have a headache anymore. The pills are a light blue in color, and are super easy to swallow with water. They have no after taste at all. I am enjoying being able to sleep on nights that I have a headache.
