Perfect for spreading any kind of seed, fertilizer or granules of any type. I used mine to administer ant killer to an area too large to do by hand but not so large that I needed a lawnmower/tractor pull behind spreader. It worked great and the adjustable flow rate works and is very useful. I would strongly recommend this spreader. The price and functionality make this an absolute great buy!

The spreader comes in two pieces that you need to assemble. The product is very well designed and easy to use. Plastic spreader parts allow for both fertilizer and salt applications. This product works great with any grainy material. I have used it for grass seeding as well.

I am so used to going in and buying things at the store. So this is a new experience for me, and it was very prompt. I was concerned about prompt delivery and everything but I ordered it yesterday afternoon and I had it this morning, so i'm very happy with the process

This hand spreader works great and is very smooth to turn the crank. The only thing that needs to be changed is the description. It's obvious the capacity is not 30lb of seed/fertilizer, but it still should be fixed. My guess is about 3-5lbs like most standard hand spreaders.

Had one many years ago. I was so happy to see someone still made them. Extremely easy to assemble, one piece, no nails or screws, slides together. The handle lays under your forearm to give support to the bucket and allow it to feel lighter. Works perfect. Very easy to wind.

perfect for a smaller yard or flowerbed. great control: placement and amount. No assembly required, no parts to rust, easy to store and even easier to use. pick it up, fill the hopper with whatever, set the amount, and start spreading.

It does exactly what it's supposed to do. I like that is really light weight to carry even once you put seeds in it.

Works well but it's about the cheapest thing you could ever buy. Doubt it will hold up long but for $10 it was hard to pass up. Hard to get the last bits out of it nearing empty but otherwise works fairly wel.

Has five size distribution settings. No instructions or breakouts on which to choose or what it breaks out to for Scott's product settings, etc. I ended up using a lot of hand distribution from the bucket.
