Excellent firestarter
We use these in our fireplace. They're a good value and very effective. We've tried many different kinds and these are by far the best ones yet! They provide a great hear and ignite immediately.

not a smoker or wood fired oven starter
This is not a smoker or wood fired oven starter; it billows dark black smoke that coats the inside of your oven/smoker. It should not be sold as a charcoal starter; I would only use it for an outdoor fire pit or maybe a fireplace if you have a great draft.
