My go to for making my day less anxiety filled. Clean product with no extra chemicals added. Black pepper added and unlike that combination to help it do its job.

I broke my back a few years back and have terrible muscle and bone pain. Ashwaganda acts like a relaxant. Everything lets go and I can sleep through the night.

the gel pills are completely round, and l just could not swallow them. I tried several times at different times. The pill always got stuck going down and it was very hard to cough it back up. Maybe you could change the shape to oval.
