The shipment was great and the product is wonderful! The color is very sleek and clean. Everything works wonderful.

Very easy to install, took longer to remove old one. Love the easy sprayer hookup too (found out you have to install sprayer...lol). All in all a great buy and anyone can hook it up!

Got this for a good price with an online sales promotion & am very happy with it so far. It replaced a deteriorating single knob faucet that I threw in the junk pile. Only thing I'm not too happy with is the spray nozzle hose, same as another reviewer here mentioned.

I absolutely LOVE this faucet. We replaced a one handle faucet with a soap dispenser, with this one. The only thing that I do not care for is the plastic hose attached to the spray nozzle. It seems flimsy and I don't think it will last last, but we'll see

This is not a solid brass chrome plated faucet. The knobs, the base, and the sprayer are heavy chrome plated plastic. Having gotten that out of the way, it is well constructed, easy to install, the valves work smoothly and there were no problems with leaks. This faucet is hard to beat for the price - I replaced a leaky brass faucet with cantankerous valves - I don't regret the choice!. Before purchase, I read some comments about the sprayer being difficult to pull out - the main reason is the plastic tubing tries to keep the shape it was shipped in the package - a solution would be to soften the tubing by putting it in a bucket of hot water to straighten it, or after its installed (if you have really hot water), run hot water through it until the tubing softens and becomes straight. Of course, after it cools it gets stiff again until hot water is run through it, but at least its straight and easier to pull out. The same faucet in brass with chrome plating would cost two or three times more, might last longer, but would not perform any better - I'm satisfied.

This product is very nice and looks good once it's set up. My only problem is when it's time to pull the sprayer out, you really have to pull it for it to come out. It doesn't come out easy and smooth.
