I used this item in preparation for my Pfizer vaccine as I had to travel & could not get sick at all. Very pleased as I had not a single symptom or side effect from the vaccine. Definitely prepped my body's defense. Will definitely use again come flu season. The pills are on the larger side is the only drawback.

This product arrived at just the right time for me. I have been experiencing my usual sore throat, nasal drainage and cough. This is standard for me. This EZC Pak 5 day supplement is great! I have been feeling a bit under the weather, nothing crazy, and I took it right away and it help made me feel better faster. I think it could be the vitamin C and other ingredients in it. I think our body response to whatever is missing and it's telling us we need a boost of this to keep us going. I like taking this right now because I want a better immune system to fight against viruses. Knock on wood I wont get virus but I want my body to be prepared if I ever get it. The pills are easy to swallow. Put it under your tongue and take a big sip of water and it should go down without you feeling it. I took the EZC Pak and it seemed like it did make me feel better, but it is really hard to tell. I am a healthy older person who runs often, works out at the gym with weights, kayaks, fishes and engages in lots of outdoor activities. So I keep myself in as good of shape as possible. This EZC Pak did seem to boost my energy level and it certainly did not have any adverse side effects on me. So all in all, I think it is a product you might want to try to see how it affects you.

It's hard to review a health product without definitively knowing if the claim benefits are true. So I can really only review things like taste or ease of taking the pills. In this case, taste is irrelevant, but I will say the pills are a little large, so if you have trouble taking pills it might be a little tough. But it's not really that bad. Again, I can't speak for the health benefits, although if nothing else boosting your Vitamin C and Zinc can't hurt

I have to be careful with Vitamin C boosts as I have a low tolerance and get very sick when I take too much. I found that I do not have any negative side effects while taking the two a day dosage. When I started taking I wS starting to have some symptoms of a cold. About two days in I noticed my symptoms had cleared up, while I can't say for sure these reduced the time typically I experience called symptoms for 5-7 days. Overall good product!
