I used this item in preparation for my Pfizer vaccine as I had to travel & could not get sick at all. Very pleased as I had not a single symptom or side effect from the vaccine. Definitely prepped my body's defense. Will definitely use again come flu season. The pills are on the larger side is the only drawback.

I absolutely hate taking pills, so the fact that these can be dissolved in water or juice is a relief because during these times we live in , we all should be trying to boost our immune system. I am really big on vitamin c but zinc is new for me . I feel really secure in the fact that i am doing all i can to stay healthy, and having everything mapped out for me during my busy day is a great help.

The EZC (echinacea, zinc, and vitamin C) pack has been designed for 2 different dosing methods. If you are currently sick, you use a decreasing dose over 5 days. If you have been exposed to illness, and want to prevent becoming sick you use a lower dose over 14 days. The echinacea pills are separate from the combined zinc and Vitamin C. There are 2 blister packs of pills, each containing both types of capsules.

An easy to take vit C and E supplement, just follow the 5 day suggested use on the package for a quick supplement of your daily vitamin. Easy to remove from packaging, does not have kid proof caps we can never get off :), just push the capsule thru the foil back Hopefully it will increase our immune system.

I have been searching for a product to take for an upcoming trip I have. This is exactly what I was looking for. The box contains a five day tapered pack of capsules. Easy to understand exactly which ones you need to take on which days. The directions are very clear how many to take and how often for each individual day. For me, EZC Pak is a wonderful alternative to taking antibiotics although it's not a replacement. As always consult your doctor prior to taking anything. This specialized herbal supplement is meant to boost your immune system. It's a 5-day tapered system. There are two different capsules. One is the Echinacea capsule and the other is the zinc and vitamin c capsule. Follow the suggested use instructions printed in the back of the box. During these hard times of uncertainty I really feel we need to do everything possible to boost our immune systems. This system is physician formulated due to the concern of over use of antibiotics. The nice part is that you can open the capsules and add the contents to water or juice. I just took them as is. They also give you two extra capsules in the box for future use.

There are 2 types of capsules in the box: echinacea and zinc. You have to take them on 1st day 4 times a day. I took may be 2 times and then forgot about 2 more :( so for me it did not really work out as I would prefer something that I have to take no more than 1 time a day. But if you have to boost your immune system in 5 days this capsules probably will help.

Vit suplements is hard to review since it is not fda regulated and god knows what is inside and to trust the company with something I am putting in my body is too much. Decided to instead of taking as directions on the box , just one a day. Couldn't see difference but I am not sick and I have been social distancing since Covid started so...

I took the EZC Pak and it seemed like it did make me feel better, but it is really hard to tell. I am a healthy older person who runs often, works out at the gym with weights, kayaks, fishes and engages in lots of outdoor activities. So I keep myself in as good of shape as possible. This EZC Pak did seem to boost my energy level and it certainly did not have any adverse side effects on me. So all in all, I think it is a product you might want to try to see how it affects you.
