Farberware Cordless Rechargeable 2 Speed Immersion Blender

This immersion blender comes with a cord for charging, doesn't require batteries. I like the pretty blue charge indicator light. Blade attachment is strong stainless steel, and easy to remove. This is very nice looking, to ensure the blade attachment stays looking good I will only hand wash. My preference. This machine makes my salsa the perfect consistency. I love this! Looks so high end.

Already had one, but got another for a family member who liked mine. Wanted cordless for convenience although perhaps not as strong (watts) as a corded unit. Never ran it out of charge. I recharge before going dead. Recharges using both USB cord (included) to power strip USB charging port, or USB cord to outlet charger (included). Easy to remove mixer part for cleanup (usually just needs rinsing under hot water since I clean immediately after use). Blade is slightly recessed, so I've even been able to blend inside a disposable plastic cup. Almost no splash (none if head is kept under surface of mixture). A lot easier to make smoothies than using a full-sized tabletop blender, and a lot easier to clean, too. Handy stand allows storing head (upper unit) and mixer head (lower unit). No slot for USB cord which would be handy to stow it between charges. Lots of choices with corded immersion blenders, but a lot less for cordless ones. Top-brand models inflict a top-dollar price. Farberware is qood quality without super-high prices. Alas, most sellers at Walmart for this unit are China based. Walmart has no "ships from" filter to let me pick sellers who ship from within my country to reduce shipping time. International shipping can incur a lag due to customs, plus international shipping takes longer to deliver, and why some foreign sellers rent colocation on warehousing: they ship their goods to the in-country warehouse, and ship from there. Being a Chinese seller is not a bad thing (still have easy 30- or 90-day return policy through Walmart), but having to ship from China to USA is unwanted due to the longer shipping time. Walmart also needs to enforce Chinese seller to provide a valid company address instead of a 40 character string that is gobbledygook. The first unit came from Walmart. The second unit would've come from China using Walmart's search, but I found a Google Shopping link pointing to a local store-based unit for sale, and ordered that one although it was $8 more. A search at Walmart didn't find it, but an external search pointed to a locally available unit.

I absolutely love this blender. It is small enough so I can make an individual shake or smoothie. All the ingredients just goes in one tall glass and this blender is narrow enough and strong enough that it just blends all of my yogurt and fruit or my ice cream and toppings. I highly recommend the splendor it does have two speeds. Are usually use the top speed for both. The lower speed would be for just mixing light ingredients. It comes with its own stand, cord and plug-in.

I'm so excited to have the Farberware Cordless Rechargeable 2 Speed Immersion Blender in my kitchen in time for the holidays!!! My new favorite appliance I never knew I needed!! The fact that it's cordless is a game changer for me!! I'm not tied down to a corner of my kitchen where the outlets are located. I have the freedom to mix wherever I wish. The charge lasts for 4 hours so there's no concern I'll run out of steam before I finish cooking! There are times when I don't feel like lugging out my heavy mixer or hand mixer. This device alleviates that need. It's light weight and mixes quickly and efficiently. I made French Toast this AM using this blender and the results were excellent!! Foamy egg mixture created a delicious, fluffy toast breakfast! Much better than with a whisk. Two easy settings to press offer all the power I need. Easy to clean and store! Perfect for yourself or a gift! Anyone would love to have this great appliance to make cooking easier!

I've used this blender for sauces and mousse. It has a lot of power and blends very well. I like that it doesn't have a cord - easier to use in large bowls without having a cord get in the way. It keeps a charge for quite a while, which is nice. It cleans up easily too.

I love having an immersion blender. I figured that the Farberware Immersion Blender would be a perfect housewarming gift for my son & his fiancée for Christmas!! It's cordless, rechargeable, has 2 different speeds depending on what you're needing to do with it. The white and stainless colors and the stand make it look amazing on the counter. Super easy to use and can blend up soup, baby food or anything else quickly and cleanly! I would definitely recommend it!

I usually use the regular blender for preparations like omelette, waffles or pancakes. This amazing hand blender is life saver. Is easy to use, easy to clean and use a little storage. The best part is that is rechargeable, and the battery last long time.

It has a little weight to it! Definitely is worth getting. The charger that it comes with is a c cord. So I have plenty of those laying around! I gave it a 4 rating bc of how loud it is. Other than that it is a good thing. It comes with a base so you don't have to just shove it in a drawer!

We bought this back in September which was about 6 months ago and about a week ago the cord stopped engaging and stopped charging the unit. Walmart was not willing to offer any kind of exchange since it's been more than the 90 days. We really loved this unit and was hoping that they would offer to exchange. It works really well for what we needed it for ( daily use for blending our pugs food) but without being able to charge it it does us no good and we are unable to use it now.

The Farberware Cordless immersion blender is a piece of JUNK. It ran awful even though it was fully charged and brand new. The noise was AWFUL! The blender would seem to drag, then not work at all, then make terrible noises... it was a total waste of time, money and effort. It is going directly in the TRASH.
