this skillet is the perfect size for me. The edges are tall enough for my needs. There is so much less sticking with cast iron and clean up is a breeze. Love it!

Seasoning the griddle was harder than expected. I had to look up a YouTube video. I have some issues with food sticking so its not good for everything. The main reason I purchased it was because I am tired of warping griddles and I do not think I will have this issue with my cast iron griddle.

It is just what I required… size and quality…it would have been nice if it came with a silicone handle cover… but I knew it did not when I purchased it… you just asked what could be better!

Sausage and eggs stuck first and only time I used.
My sausage and eggs stuck the first and only time I used it. Supposed to be pre-seasoned so food doesn't stick. I purchased cast iron over the other skillets I've been buying that last a short time and then the Teflon comes off and food sticks.
