I’ve been using the FASTES Adjustable Weight Bench for a few days now and it’s a game-changer for my home gym. What I love: Assembly: Assembly was easy, it came with all the tools and items needed to put the bench together. I am a woman and it took me about an hour and half to put it all together, and I am an intermediate tool user. NOTE: Pay special attention to the instructions and the images. 8 Positions: The range from incline to decline is perfect. I can switch from chest presses to decline sit-ups in seconds. It sits slightly higher than a standard commercial bench, so shorter lifters might need to use plates under their feet for extra leg drive. Frame: Full metal and solid. Heavy Duty: It feels very stable. Even with the 1,400 lbs capacity claim, the frame stays rock-solid during my heaviest dumbbell lifts. For home use only, but feels like its a commercial gym adjustable bench. Comfort: The padding is thick and has a sweat-proof leather finish that's easy to wipe down with mild cleaner. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a professional-feeling bench without the "big brand" price tag, this is it. Great for full-body workouts and the home gym! Footprint: Large, but on wheels so it is easily movable. Plus the 8 positions make the footprint smaller if needed and adjusted. It is slightly shorter in length then a yoga mat. Warranty: It comes with a 5 year warranty card.

We’ve been looking for a weight bench like this for years, even checking the used market, because anything sturdy enough for taller people tends to get expensive fast. I’m 5'9" and my husband is 6'2", so finding something comfortable for both of us hasn’t been easy. This one ended up being exactly what we needed. The height and length work well for both of us, which is usually where other benches fall short. It arrived mostly assembled, as the listing promised, which made setup quick and straightforward. When we were done putting it together, it felt solid right away. The frame is sturdy, the padding is comfortable, and the adjustable back and seat positions make it easy to switch between different exercises. The 90° upright position is especially important for maintaining proper form while sitting, and I’m glad this one includes it. The built-in wheels are also a nice touch since it’s easy to move around when needed and tuck out of the way. Reducing its footprint in our small home is an amazing bonus! I bought this bench because I wanted something simple for working out at home. When it arrived, setup was actually very easy. I basically unfolded it, locked it in place, and it was ready to use. What I like most is that the angle can be adjusted. You can set it flat, incline, or decline depending on the exercise. That makes it useful for different dumbbell workouts and core exercises, which adds a lot more variety to home training. It feels pretty stable when using it, and I haven’t noticed any major wobbling. Another nice thing is that it folds up when you’re done, so I can just put it against the wall and it doesn’t take up much space. For me it’s just a practical bench for home workouts that’s easy to use and easy to store. I’ve been pretty happy with it so far.

Love this sturdy weight bench - Great for so many exercises. Easily adjusted from 0 to 90 degrees - 8 settings. Angles not marked but easily corrected by adding a tiny cheat sheet or stickers. Very sturdy at all angles and I'm roughly 335lbs. Sturdy frame feels like it would easily support heavy weights plus lots of options - with an open mind - to attach resistance bands to up the game. Easy to transport by way of attached handle and wheels - ladder / backrest doesn't lock but able to secure by way of a strap or bungee (not included)- allows unit to be stored upright to save space - was stable but wouldn't allow children to play around it. Super easy to build but did arrive in more pieces than picture in ad - spine comes unassembled. Literature is easy to follow but vague on warranty and how to connect if needed - 2 forms in box. I sent two emails - one by way of ad and 2nd to registration card. Ad email was never answered but 2nd way; different company name - received a super fast reply to confirm warranty registration - wasn't a computer because I Thanked Them for a super fast reply and they responded back. Still not entirely sure of length but 1 year is confirmed but possibly 5 per enclosed papers. Didn't push too much for clarification because I don't think I would ever need it any way. 10/10 recommend, such a nice quality, super sturdy workout bench. Putting it together was easier with 2 people, took a little time but we expected that for such a big piece of equipment. Directions were clear, all parts including the tools were included. Very comfortable seat and backrest and adjustable with ease. Had a few workouts on it and looking forward to further weight training sessions on it.

The frame is solid and once assembled it doesn’t wobble at all, even during heavier workouts. The adjustable positions are one of the best features. You can easily switch between flat, incline, and different angles which makes it great for a full range of exercises like dumbbell press, incline press, step-ups, rows, and more. The adjustment system feels secure and easy to change. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take long. All the parts were included and the instructions were simple to follow. Another thing I like is that it folds up nicely, which is perfect if you’re working with limited space in a home gym. Overall this is a great value for the price. It feels durable, versatile, and perfect for anyone building a home workout setup. My Husband is very please! He is 330 pounds and likes how sturdy this bend feels.

This weight bench is easy to assemble and the instructions, easy to understand. Everything came individually wrapped to prevent dents and scratches. It's sturdy and made of high quality materials. Even the cushioning is incredibly comfortable. It has 8 different positions to get the most out of your workout and to accommodate a person of almost any size. I love that it's portable and can be moved out of the way when my workout is complete.

Definitely needed for a great workout routine. I love that it has a way to collapse and save space. The welds on it is strong and all pieces are accounted for. The instructions are clear and tools are provided. The bags are labeled for assembly (Don't mix them up). It can be assembled by one person , but two people less than 15 minutes. My only dislike is I wish the seat was bigger. I can say the padding is good quality. And it doesn't look like it's going to rust anytime soon, it's well coated. Shipping is normal and well protected.

The weight bench came well packaged. The instructions for assembly were not as clear as they should be. How the pieces were labeled is confusing. Overall, the parts do seem to be well made.
