Great customer service and great product
we had lost the microphone on unpackaging the headphones. I thought it was missing so I contacted the company and they were very quick to say they would send a replacement. However the very next morning we found the microphone and I let them know. It is great product and we are using it now

I really like these headphones because for the price of around $40 you get really good audio and microphone quality which is one of the basic things you need as a gamer. Specially if you play on the PS5 and wanna join a party with friends! And the fact it has a cute happy face logo on each side is definitely a plus!

good budget headset for broke people like me
it has overall good sound and mic quality, the only issue it had was a slight popping sound but it faded away after a while so idk if that was just a headset issue or not

Bluetooth much better than wired
Got a pair of Bluetooth headphones for much cheaper, better quality, including sound canceling. also includes a 3.5 Jack if the battery runs out.
